Just got home from the gym. A tough 2h Back/Biceps workout...

Just got home from the gym. Had a protein shake on the buss home and now this. (chicken and potatoes with a little mustard on the side)​

 

It's been a while since I last posted here. This is todays post workout midnight meal.
Around 50 grams of protein from the tuna, and yes it's a regular coke...
Looking at the photo, I realized I forgot the red onion haha!

 

I've been eating as dirty as a dumpster and haven't gained any significant weight; which would be cool if I wasn't trying to bulk.

 

Time to reborn this thread.
