Kerning PQ pass. You probably get it from killing King Slime summon or someone dropped it.

 

To add on to what Rinn said, it's possible to obtain the passes outside of the PQ because the king slime can also be summoned by using Summoning bags outside the PQ area and it'll still drop the pass as if it was in KPQ

Maybe ot but isnt slim summon kidna underpriced? Hp washing end char of game would die for a godly int shoe as early as lvl 30?
