    I have edited my original comment as I intended to address the ban-evading part, I have worded it wrongly as "RWT"

    For the other points mentioned in his appeal, I do not intend to repeat it as they are misleading

    Looks like a case of over-moderation to me. I do not believe that advocating for ban forgiveness is necessarily equivalent to "promoting ban evasion". Even if he may have presented some perspectives that may be questionable (such as the point about our venerable and hard-working farmers), it should be up to the community to decide whether to agree with them or not. After all, Kenny's apology post was allowed to stay up, despite containing some dubious claims.
