I don't smoke anymore, but when I did I used Gorilla Glue for sativa, Northern Lights for an indica. Just kidding around, but I use Power Elixirs, personally. Not sure what the majority of people use.
I'm using mostly Elixirs, Since I'm a bishop I use 2k hp pots for HP. I use Power Elixirs only when I go HT.
It really depends on your jobs, your max HP/MP and what bosses are you going to do. Personally, I use Power Elixirs because I have a stable quantity of them from daily Papulatus and grinding, and I'm just lazy to go to NLC to buy Ginger Ale. It is also expensive.
bucc, pally, bm, hero > honster (power elixir for high dmg boss) sunset dew/watermelon/mana elixir (mp) NL, mules > power elixir (both) washed bish > reindeer milk (hp) + elixir (mp) mages > elixir (both) drk > reindeer milk + sunset dew
nl/bm : milk from pap/krex and the pink mana elixir. PE for HT mages : ginger ale for farm, sunset dew/elixir from pap/krex for self leech
