Poll What should we work on next?

Impressed that this poll is being set up! appreciate the well intention

 

I would absolutely love to see CPQ and CWKPQ fixed, as it gives players more gameplay options and helps bring the community together even more as well.

I also want to commend the Admins for opening up a discussion giving us players options for what they would like to see being improved in the game. Excellent move and I hope to see more community engagement discussions like this in the future.

I hope these decisions will not only improve gameplay aspects of this game, but also give incentives for brand new people to come join the server and be part of our Royals community as well.

while we're on the topic of giving unsolicited suggestions let's increase the minimum age to 18

 

I gave my vote to login improvements cause it'll help the general community.

P.S: for everyone voting cpq, yes it might be nice but I wonder who's gonna be doing the damage with 200int in their stats and their wooden wand...

 

Is option 4 also considering gameplay improvements such as Gfx issues, because clearly it can be fixed and is still a problem. I shouldnt have to change my graphics settings to fight a boss consistently. It has been done on plenty of other severs as well.

 

Messenger. Is it really that hard to implement? The one where you can have up to 3 people in a chat room. Most people seem to have forgotten it ever existed.

 

I like the Tarrga boss and Scarlion boss prefer.
Zak. jump quest is too hard for me.

 

According to poll above, here is my suggestion.

1. Login server Improvement
2. Crimsonwood Keep PQ
3. Guild Party Quest
4. Carnival Party Quest
5. Mu Lung Dojo

I personally prefer basic technical things should be done first. Because there are many players questioning things regarding to character deletion, security options, disconnections etc. Whereas I think channel population is a little not important here. I suggest GMs should look up "Technical Help (or Technical Issues?)" and "Character Issues", what is critical / major problem(s) in game that will confuse and frustrate players easily.

As I think making community fun and united with friends and guildmates, Party Quests should come first.

I don't really think Mu Lung Dojo is important but last in the list.
I also agree with players who prefer to have other world/maps if GM can. I am just suggesting, no offenses.

 

While people want something big like CPQ, CWKPQ, I only want my skill Air Strike back. Its been 1 year and 2 months. will you guys ever fix it???
Check some drops and give me the skill, is that hard to apply???

 

4. Carnival Party Quest

would be nice and if not a too much to add dungeons eg sleepywood zombie mushroom dungeon

 

This is really one of the best threads so far. At least now we know what direction the server will progress itself.

 

What I think the update sequence should be:

1. Login/Server Improvements - Promotes a healthier by providing the smooth, running server that we needed since New Source.

2. CPQ - Helps low level range of players get hyped about nostalgia. Also promotes a healthier low level population -> boosts a more active and healthier server population = possibly helping the economy (More NX, More CS/WS, More AP Resets into Market).

3. CWPQ - Long awaited PQ (I've never done it, so I can't give a valid opinion), but until we fix proper server improvements, we might have to be patient on this one for the higher tier players (Sacrifice
for a more healthier server!) .

4. Mulung/GPQ - No opinion, except waiting for those GPQ exclusive skill books..

 

I honestly didn't expect to find so many kids on this game XD Even people age 18 are still really young to be playing since its a nostalgic server and the game came out 2003-2004... many of these players were only three years old when it was released. Big bang was 2010? They would of only been 10 years old. Holy shit I'm getting old

I believe before we start adding new content, we need to fully fix the missing ones. From the poll, GPQ. GPQ isn't only a pq for guild to compete in point ranks but also a source of multiple mastery books that is essential for some classes. Without GPQ, many people who suffer from this would not be able to enjoy and experience their classes to the fullest even with these new content like CWKPQ.

Even though I'd like to be able to delete some of my characters or make use of that fix, I still don't see it as a priority cos; you can have alternative solutions for character deletion and other related fixes don't seem to be the ones that affect the gameplay (at least form the ones listed in the poll). But we don't have an alternative solution to get the GPQ books ..

So I'd say GPQ would be lovely if implemented first. I personally have no preference among others.

 

I urge the staff to not interpret this poll as the order in which we want things. This is what we most want to be implemented next. By just the sheer number of posts and comments throughout the forum, CPQ is what so many people desperately wanted for the past year, but is near last on this poll. Many people that also want CPQ may have instead voted for fixing server issues skewing the data, for ex. If anything, there should be a poll for the order in which we want these things and average them to get to get more accurate info.

I really hope that the staff don't delay CPQ for another 2 years because of its place on this poll...

 

I selfishly put login server improvements but I think GPQ, like what others have said before, should be the priority. Not having access to skill books just feelsbads. CPQ, cwkpq, and other cool features would definitely make the majority happy but it neglects the minority ones who still can’t fully play their class because they don’t even have their skillbooks.

I want cwkpq. I want dojo. I want cpq. But for the sake of everyone else, GPQ should be the first thing to fix even if it’s the unpopular opinion. (Because we know how much polls mean )

 

skill books and mastery books are a big mistake to begin with. That's why nexon removed that concept with the big bang

 

I don't see your point though ... In this version that we all play, Skill Books and Mastery Books are a major part of the end game and cannot be overlooked or thrown aside .. It can be time-consuming or sometimes straight up annoying and Nexon very-well might have done something (whatever it is) about it to make the game easier but not in our version of gameplay ..
