    I was wondering how come my pet doesn't have this name label nor chatbox with it? Also I noticed that the pet doesn't listen to any commands either, I don't know if it doesn't come with commands though.

    Is the pet overall just bugged?

    You have to buy an NX item to have those customizations show up in game, but for some reason they show up automatically in the cash shop
