Your case has been referred to admin. This can sometimes take a few days to a few weeks for them to respond, and so you will need to be patient.

Have they been logged in at the same time? Yes, they have. Have both accounts been active simultaneously in terms of training in different places? Yes, they have. So how can you claim that we are the same? What evidence do you have? Please present it.
