    hi, im logging in, pick a channel and my char, put the PIC number and then it tells me "unable to connet to your account" why does it happen?
    can someone fix it pls?

    i have same problem as him we probbly have a router problem i guess. becuse we both play this morning and everything was fine.

    we try reinstall the game and restart pc but nothing see too work if someone have any idea what we can do this will help otherwise we probbly need call our router too fix.
