IGN: PapuasBlat handed the present before the bug was ficed so the prize and the x1.5 exp card weren't received.
The mystery gift box still can't be handed, I receeive the same message that I have completed the quest 18 times out of the needed 19.
As requested, here is the screenshot from today. Since I completed the bugged quest without handing the gift it appears that I handed it 18 times since the 19th on the bug's day wasn't counted. The mystery gift is still in my inventory as you can see, the screenshot was taken at ch 20.
