Planning on getting Zhelm but def not paying 100m for it.

 

Likewise, anyone who pays 100m for something that was 50m for the longest time is nuts

 

You can choose to pay the required amount of meso for a helmet or you can choose to be helm less. You DO realize that we dont do charity runs. We have to make money as well. Secondly, Who are you to tell us how we should run our business? Dont wanna pay up? okay.. Good luck scrolling that shitty hat you have equipped rather than a Z Helm. A helmet is a LUXURY, it is NOT a requirement. Attackers spent meso on potions, Attack potions, preparations for the runs, and to give cuts to other attackers. You can choose to pay up the required amount or you can choose to be helmless. We dont care. You drive up prices for Chaos/White scrolls, we drive up prices for Z helmets.

Edit: Crown is another guild that does Z Runs and THEY ALSO have changed their prices to 100m+. Good luck trying to buy a helmet at 50m nowadays.

I'm just saying you will have more customers if you are selling them for 50m. It's okay if you prices go up a bit but you don't have to go as far as to double it right of the bat. 10m-15m increase would be understandable though.

 

You're right, it is a luxury, but it's a luxury that WE choose the price for, NOT YOU. We don't like the price we don't buy it you make nothing, or you make a reasonable price, we pay it and you make money. It's a buyers market not a sellers. The difference between escalating prices for White/chaos scrolls is that it's a CHANCE TO GET. there is no such thing as a CHANCE to get a zakum run. akum is always there, chaos and white scrolls are not. The community lets you hike the price like this now, nothing stops you from doubling it again whenever you want.

 

Hilarious that you think you choose the price for Zhelms. I've been doing zruns probably before you even joined this server and the prices are most definitely controlled by the runners and not the looters.

Illuminate helped the price to decrease the prices of helms from 100m to 50m (but it was 100m for a long time whether you know that or not), and you can thank him for that. But we have now, in turn, agreed that the prices for helms, considering the amount of money that we spend on attack pots and potions to make sure that the runs are as fast as possible to ensure that the looters can stay alive.

In response to your claim "It's a buyer market not a sellers.", there are more than a few people willing to pay our prices and as long as we see fit, the prices will not change.

 

Okay, prices are now confirmed 125m per Z-helm and 50m for lvl 10 skill books. If you don't like the prices, you're welcome to kill zakum yourself.

 

I don't remember Zakum Helmets being 50m for longer then a few days. 125m might be steep, but compared to other upgrades you may need, Zakum Helmets are still consider a budget and must have helmet for many classes.

If you just asked around for some money making methods, many of you complaining about the prices will realize how little it really cost if you optimize your time making money.

 

Z-Helms have been 50m for about a month already, in Queens that is.

 

I did some calculations on survival rates for Zakum and at 50m, the attackers barely get comped their attacking potions.

 

It depends what attack pots you use , how long the run is and how many buyers there are. I never lose mesos zakuming. We regularly do 30 min runs with 1 attacking party using a combination of energizers/red ciders or heartstoppers as attack pots.

I see. I think the Red Cider should be enough attack seeing as Heartstoppers are in such low supply.

I'm just trying to justify the prices and that selling them at 50m weird for me because I was in some of the well known Z-Running guilds.

 

Only reason why I brought prices down to 50m is because I was tired getting under cutted with the price of 100m. Now that an agreement is in place, prices can start to firmly remain stable.

 

Update: Z-Helms are now 100m. This is more fair for buyer/seller imo.

 

Right, I never lost more than maybe 5mil even when we had 0 looters survive the run and no books dropped.
The lowest cut I had was 5mil, highest was closer to 80 or so not counting gen20/TT20 drops (which never drop on the runs I end up on).
50m was too low, 75m was scraping by. 100 is fair.
(It'd be even better if looters could learn to survive, if they wouldn't AFK or zone out in the middle of the run, carry enough potions...
I have never died as a looter on any character even when i relied on HB- unless the DK died and couldn't get rezzed. Then it's out of your control)

Mike if I may ask, how did you determine the prices of skill books like TT10, ACA10 etc?
I never knew how to figure out price for that, because they dont technically take up a "looter slot" in the party by the time they need the skilbooks- and they're likely to have to come on several runs because the books dont always drop.
