not sure how when or why but this Hunt down a Jr. Balrog for a key and return to The Insignificant Being The Insignificant Being will ask you to head to Sanctuary Entrance IV Enter the portal in the middle of Sanctuary Entrance IV and look for a special shield from the heavens hammer skill was given to me like this as in I'm not sure if I had to go back to him. Just a heads up, I could be wrong, it's just that it still said quest in progress and I don't think there was any new dialog.

You got the key, now go to <Sanctuary Entrance IV> kill the Jr. Balrogs in the portal, you can enter multiple times in case they doesn't drop shield. 2. After you got shield, just change channel at <Sanctuary Entrance IV> and get sent back to <The Insignificant Being> ( I think you don't need to talk to him, but just to play safe) 3. Talk to <Wiz the Librarian> in Korean Folk Town library

It says Once you're done talking to Hughes, accept a new quest to make a fan However, I just accepted one quest from Hughes which already had the fan included, maybe I am interpreting it wrong. Sorry for the confusion. Also I don't believe the guide states anything about "Dual Pirate's Propellar". Anyways thanks. There is a mistake in getting taunt skillbook! "The monsters that you dispatch of will drop the Infinity skill book as well as Infinity and Dragon's Breath. Once you have it in your inventory, just use it and Taunt will be unlocked."
Hi, can you add a note to the Hero's Will quest? That the drop is quite bad, so likely you will need multiple mini pianus. We were not ready with just two
Like that one might require multiple mini pianus to get the 40 etc? If you bring a mage friend it’s usually quite doable to get it done in one run
