From my understanding of epq earring, steps to make Glittering earrings are: Step 1 : Craft Altaire Earrings Step 2 : Craft Glittering Earrings with altaire earrings just created. Both steps only can be done at the unique same npc. Is the process to make following items same ? E.g. must craft step1 item first, then use it to craft step2 item. And each item only 1 crafter npc. Yes, all of those items are 2 step crafting. They can't be done in one step - FS/scg/cilbis are crafted at two separate NPCs (Barricade for the manual, Spinel for the final item), VL CS requires one of a kind items so it'd be impossible to have enough to craft directly, and APB/MTK/epq earrings just don't offer it as an option.
It’s like @Sylafia said. If step 1 is not listed separately under another NPC you can tell it is only one NPC involved. Feel free to ask if you need anything else!
