This is a journal detailing the progression of Zayr - my corsair. I have 3 goals that I want to achieve in this journal. I am confident I can achieve the first two, but the last goal will probably be left unachieved. 1. Reach Level 200 on Zayr and post my range in the mapleroyals damage range thread. 2. Determine to what extent the avoid formula change buffs corsair (ideally by estimating my actual DPM performance in boss runs) 3. Change how players play maple royals (This is likely going to not be achieved, as it would require a major meta or cultural shift in the server). Without further adieu, I introduce the protagonist of this journal: I am still trying to scrape together funding to finish my wash (targeting 30k hp and 10k mp, yes I know it is overkill), but I hope to be finished by next week. From there I plan on trying to run some content to level up, like scarlion / krex, while I try to work my way up to LHC / Horntail / Shao. While leveling up my corsair I also leveled up some mules, namely a LUK paladin crash mule and a DEX bucc si/TL mule. I also have 2 bishops (though one is extremely low level) and 5 bowmaster summon farm mules that I made a long time ago. My gear on Zayr is poverty, with many slots missing. Nonetheless I can still wear my gun so it is technically a functioning corsair. I hope to scroll this for dex or maybe npc it after i get a decent scarlion helmet. I hope to upgrade this to anniversary earrings. This is decent enough i think. One other thing to note is that I do have mw19 on Zayr, which in hindsight was probably not the best use of my mesos, but the book did pass on the first try. Anyways, lets see if I can actually finish this wash and arrive at the starting line.
