It is a hat from Lunar New Year and I have one if you want it. I sometimes find people to sell them to so they're nice to stock up on. The way to get it is to exchange wish tickets to Mr. Sandman in Amoria during the Lunar New Year event period. The event is normally held in February (although Royals is infamous for starting events late Kappa)
Sorry to necro this but technically it's a thread made for discussing rare items Have you guys ever seen this on royals?: I feel like I may have but I can't say for sure. Regardless, I really want to add it to my collection.
I just got this one from mobs recently when I was farming etc for chair gacha. I just cannot remember where I got if from, but it drops from somewhere
