Event Design a Chair 2020

Specifications:
The chair must be designed on the basis of the flat ground provided below. Your chair cannot be designed such that the character sits higher or lower above the ground. Chairs that don't meet these criteria will be automatically disqualified if not fixed by the deadline!

This year we are implementing a 10 frame limit to chairs, and any chairs that do not meet the requirements or rules will not be chosen- period. Additionally, if chairs are not "complete", not made transparent, or otherwise incomplete will also be disqualified if not fixed by the deadline. If you need help, ask, one of your fellow Maplers may be willing to help.

Due to life being a bit busy for me, I wasn't able to add all the ideas i had for this chair, but I like it in this simple form as well :3

Name of Chair: The Final Quest

Concept of my Chair:
In the previous years I participated in the DaC Event, I based my designs on different locations around the game: Ellinia, Temple of Time, and El Nath. This time, I'm doing something a different. Hardcore gamers enjoy doing quests. I, on the other hand, am not a hardcore gamer. In fact, I hate doing them which is why this year I've created a chair that might convince even the most stubborn of players to click that button.

Inside the Secret Chambers of the staff lounge lies a quest only available to the most powerful people. That's right. We're talking about a top-secret room that only Tim and Matt currently have access to. The Maple Administrator and the Auto-ban NPC are on a mission to eliminate RWT from the game. To start the quest, talk to the NPCs by the hot tub.

Comments:
Like always, I drew pretty much everything besides the GM Hat and the dialogue. Animations were also drawn in and edited by me. It wasn't difficult to fit everything within 10 frames, but I do wish I had more to work with. This also has to be the most complicated 2D drawing/animation I've ever done. I animated the NPCs, hot tub water flow, steam, flowers, quest bubble, and and back panel.

Name of Chair: Rose Fountain

Concept of my Chair:
The world of Maple has some amazing environmental artwork despite being 2D. I wanted to create a chair that would subtly enhance the visuals already present in the game so the concept was a gazebo decorated with roses and a running fountain. The idea was that the chair should look great in all maps with clear blue skies, trees, or anywhere relaxing. Basically, it'd be the perfect Heneho chair.

Comments:
Drawing every single pixel one at a time in the chair and then animating every frame was so time consuming I don't know how pixel artists do it. I'm glad I'm only doing this once a year.. The funny thing was that I thought the first entry was hard. Turns out this one was 10x as difficult.

Concept of my chair:
I wanted to make a chair in appreciation of my favorite questline(s) and NPC’s!

Near the end of the CWKPQ pre-quests when Jack Barricade hands you the map of Crimsonwood forest, he mentions having won it in an Omok match “fair and square” against “a bandit guy named Taggrin.”
When you go to do Taggrin’s quests, he is openly hostile towards Jack and claims their map was stolen by him.
After completing “The Right Path”, Taggrin eventually admits that he may have had a bruised ego over the Omok match and that Omok is something he takes very seriously.
So I thought it'd be fun to make something reflecting this neat little character detail (with the other Raven Ninja's spectating).
