DAZIUNDA just RIP'd my YouTube account lol no mercy was shown

They declined my appeal already. If you have any videos, I'd unlist them asap before you get hit more. I'm glad I don't delete my browser history - I can at least pick up some of my liked videos and subscriptions from my history. It'll just take a while.

 

Do you guys know, if there is a way to download the videos, or are they gone forever? I don't have the originals anymore :c

 

Just setting your video as 'unlisted/private', not 'public' then your video is safe (only if your video not got taken down/deleted yet) and u can watch back whenever.

(Im not so sure about unlisted video, dont know if someone have the link might report it lol, but private sure is safe i guess)

 

Here's some ways to make your video relative safer (not guaranteed).
- Do not directly use "MapleRoyals" in your video title
- Change the setting to unlisted, so it's not directly searchable by public. Then use the video link and post it in our MapleRoyals forum here so that only those active in our forum can access these videos

If you're not yet affected by the strikes, DO IT NOW

They might, but at least this makes them work harder for it to search for those videos. It's more time efficient for them to just search publicly listed videos and send take down notices, to show their client (NEXON) they have done their job. NEXON just probably concerned about the publicity of private servers videos. Just keep it a low profile and don't make your videos a low hanging fruit easy for the picking.

My account is gone too. Right when I am about to make a video for 300 monster card sets milestone

 

I had a bunch of videos on YouTube too. For some reason they only striked 2 of them, so i got the chance to backup and delete them from YouTube. What pisses me off is that I didn't even post Royals content anymore, but they just don't care about you or your channel. Maybe we should find another site to upload the videos? Idk.

 

seems like they are accusing every player of this server. I got 2 strikes for my old Mapleroyls videos too.

 

It ain't just MapleRoyals videos getting taken down, I just received a strike on one of my old video as well, even though my private server hasn't been up in forever.

I've seen what happened, and its more serious than i thought.
While i have never played this game before, i was interested in this particular case, because is one of the most aggressive reporting campaigns i have ever seen, nobody knows about this company, literally came out of nowhere.
this was all i got.
1. this "company" provides services for anti-piracy and anti-cheaters measures, and they supposedly have an affiliated law firm according to what they say on their official website.
2. They do this because they follow the principle of "the end justifies the means", they don't care about the accounts they take down, don't appeal against them, it's completely useless, they have an inordinate legal power, i don't know how they got it.
3. Daziunda manually check the videos before deletion, they don't do it by an automated YouTube mechanism.

And they are watching this forum, probably, may even be watching this thread. so be careful.
When anything is take down by DMCA, copyright owners/intermediaries usually give you a C&D warning, giving you some time to delete everything before they take actions, this is not the case, and they act in a way that is anything but professional, seems more like a resentful person with lots of free time rather than an "consulting agency".

They also blocks anyone who says something bad against them, this literally is the typical behavior of a 12 years old, so i can't understand why certain developers trust in this guy.

I wonder whether the server issues and paypal issues may also be caused by this person.

I recall reading a post he made on Facebook that mentioned something along the lines of blocking paypal accounts and making servers go down temporarily, but I can't find it now, he must have deleted that post

 

I've decided to submit a counter review. I'm pretty sure whoever this mofo is has no right to copyright strike my videos. All of it was created by myself under no profit gain, so he's pretty much bullshitting on us.
