Not sure if anyone has mentioned this before but according to my quick calculations it appears that State-Held Rice only has a 10% drop rate. This means that for the quest you need to kill aprox 3000 Retz. I no way do I remember it being this high in GMS. Can I suggest increasing the drop rate to be inline with or just below the etc drop rate (aprox 60-80%). Thank you
Yea, i always found this quest weird. Its a low lvl quest that expects you to grind Retz for hours for a pretty sad reward. Even when i sat there casting ulti, i managed to farm the 5 card set before even crossing the 200 point.
300 sacks is based on korean folk story so nothing weird here, also retz is low lvl mobs so its for low lvl to do
https://www.storynory.com/the-blind-mans-daughter/ A quest is a challenge, whats fun if u complete it easily.
What is that even supposed to mean? I have Quest Virtuoso, and did this quest. It's not fun in any way nor is it rewarding. The whole point about private servers is that they make old Maple more bearable, if you don't want that then play a 1x server.
Maple has always had some brutal quests that seem hilariously mismatched with their level ranges (Book of Ancient, 50 sapphire ores, Actor Training/Movie Star, etc.). I think this quest is fine difficulty-wise: it's one for medal seekers, and most can just return to it with their 3rd/4th job aoe skills. Maybe the EXP can be increased.
Did u got excited and want to show every1 that u achieved something great? I dont think ppl bother to share if they completed them all in less than a week. For the part of why i chose this server is simply its on top on the website so i chooss it, if the drop fixed to x1 im fine with it.
Yes this is some crazy rare rice, I remember doing the quest and I just gave up after like 30 minutes because I was like what am I doing with my life.
Imagine comparing a quest that gives you Echo/completely new skills and one that gives you 30k experience. Stop typing.
I have 3 quest virtuosos, and I've done many tedious quests on all 3. I've done this particular one on two. I think it's fine to be left as is. The challenge is nice, and it's nice to preserve these old school challenges. That's not to discount the frustration one may feel. I'm locking this thread as it has been necro'd from 2019.
