If u alr compelted all prequests the moment u loot the first MON the quest will pop up in ur quest list. Complete all quests means u need to do bounty hunter series 1st and 2nd half too (I tried to test if this quest pop up when i complete my last quest catch bigfoot by toe 1time but it didnt, u need 1 more toe to get it done)
As far as I know I completed all available quests on my BM (had all Masteria quests done before doing CWK for the first time as well). When I unequip my MON, there is no quest popping up sadly and I double-checked my completed-quest tab and cannot see "Cold as ice" there. Either I am blind or this quest is actually missable and I should have accepted it the first time, I looted a MON - OR I have to loot a new MON as it only comes up with a fresh MON and vanishes once you either drop or equip it? Sad I seem to miss out on this quest .
I dont think mon is problem. U just need to have a mon. Prbaly u didnt do 2nd half of bounty hunter quest (there are 4) as 1st and 2nd half are different quests. I tried to test it and u have to complete both 1st and 2nd to get the quest pop up. Btw, cupid's courier (all jobs) is considered as bugged now if u dont return the letter within a day there is no way to complete it. Saw many ppl got stucked now .
So I checked every quest from the list of pre-requisites: Pre-requisite: The Mark of Heroism completed, Stemming the Tide completed, Bounty Hunter completed, The Brewing Storm completed, Storming the Castle completed, The Fallen Woods completed, The Right Path completed, The Fallen Warriors completed, Lost in Translation completed, Finding Jack completed, Translated Communique completed I got all of these completed, however Lost in Translation in my case is actually 3 quests, however they are completed. I got a lot more quests completed in NLC, as I said, all of them. The repeatable ones were completed multiple times actually anyway. I also went ahead and spoke to Icebyrd again, with MON equipped and with MON in inventory, no quest available. So as I see it: a) My char is bugged b) This quest is missable c) The compelted quest does not show up in the "Completed Tab" or somewhere else than under category "Masteria" d) I am blind

Thank you for the suggestions, really appreciated, these ones I did at least like 10 times each, even the BF one when I accidentally picked up a toe, but maybe the quest just shows up for short period of time and does not stay in the logs after logg-off, so I might repeat em one day if I ever get enough etc again on this particular char. I dont think it will be worth for staff to look into this since it is only a quest but I will pay attention on my upcoming chars if I will ever be able to get that quest for sure
Would love confirmation: for the first Eleska sand bandit quest, it feels like the sky jewel is always in the top left corner (and I've done the quest 5+ times) So I guess don't waste your time and go straight for the top left (unless I'm proven wrong).

I am a 125 buccaneer. Is it fine to start for this medal now? Is it still attainable? I have like 110 quests done already.
Is it possible to get virtuoso medal without doing all the JQ's (Forest of patience, etc)? Planning to get virtuoso medal for my shad but I suck at JQ....
I think it is enough, following the guide, that I did not complete all the tasks of Maple Island, and when I reached 1000 tasks, I did only a small part of the tasks of Showa. My English is not very good, I hope you can understand
I searched the forums a bit for this answer, but I couldn't find it. Reuel's The Search for the Elixir or Life -Does the main quest count as "1?" - OR each individual fetch quests across various continents count as "1" individually? (Assuming they are different each time) Anyone know?
From my observation Reuel quest provides only 1 progress in total, like general repeatable quests. Also some notes about changes in new patch - Event quests no longer count into quest medal https://royals.ms/forum/threads/update-86-27-08-23.222546/ - You can enter PPQ even after Lv100 (don't know from which patch/update the level restriction was canceled, probably at long before)
Ereska actually says in the quest text that the jewel is on the top level. I never noticed before and always broke 90% of the boxes
Like easily, decently easy, hard or very hard? Feels like I'm facing a wall with the gun leader.. Haven't tried the other leader.
You can party with someone/your other character to leech the kills (make sure you don't level while they kill the lower leveled ones along the way), I don't think it's meant to be doable under normal circumstances for most classes at 40 without weird things like poisoning or accuracy gear.
