Anniversary earrings give 45 HP Miracle scrolled auf helm gives 800 HP (lol) Pet gear can give a lot more if you pass a couple 30s first which are pretty cheap. 500 total is almost reasonable with triple pet (Time limited) Gold leaf pendant gives 250 The standard 4th job medal gives 200 Black belt gives 500, but other lower tier belts also give some (100/tier)

New RJPQ gives 150 hp if full scrolled. Also gives 3watk and 4avg all stats which is close to htp range. Broken glasses also add 20hp avg and can be better if scrolled by new scroll Dont remember if pirate hat and goddess wrist band has hp. Some1 correct me.
Generally when scrolling low lv gear I scroll this: - Green Bandana (easily farmable or cheap in FM) - Pink Starry Shirt (female only, bought in Lith Harbor store. Can get male shirts too) - Sandblasted jeans (bought in Lith Harbor store) - Work Gloves (15 leather to craft, leather super cheap rn) - Single Earrings (Bought in Henesys Armor Shop, between the hats and the tops) - Rat Mouth/Branch Nose (buy in FM or get from gach) - Royal Capes/Adventurer Capes (5 slot lv 50 capes from APQ or other PQs, mostly) Note that since top, bottom, and earring are NPC buyable they're very viable candidates for 10%ing the first slot. Deputy star gives 100 HP, but a +3 Spiegelmann's Necklace should give 90 HP and be much cheaper For bottom you can get 3 extra hp by scrolling Sandblasted Jeans in Lith Harbor store. And since you need some easily buyable equip, why not choose that? Not gender locked either. Some maple weapons give HP. Check your class' availability. If including higher lv HP gear (for HT maybe), there's also: - Wrath of El Nath (100 clean HP, 7 slot lv 100 cape). Mine's scrolled to 176 hp - Sword Earrings (5 slots, 30 hp clean). Mine's scrolled to 183 hp but I got really lucky (5x 30%)

This is a really good list! I have two more that could be added: These earrings are a somewhat common drop. The Red Slimes that drop them are LV70 and can be found in Showa Town. This cape is seasonal, but probably worth adding because +100 HP can really help at low levels. New players or people who make new characters close to or during the Christmas event should consider getting one even if they don't plan on scrolling it, as it is basically a free HP equip. However, getting one of the items from the Christmas dinner exchange quest to get this cape can take a few days or maybe longer. Items needed: 1 Snow Silk, 1 Stretchy Material, 1 Orb of Versalmas Cheer(untradeable/pray to RNGesus) *A character must be at least LV30 to turn in Christmas dinners(once every six hours).
does this mean that if i attempt to do this daily quest, it will remove all my excess MP where i needed for mp wash?
No, it just means excess MP (which you can convert to HP with APRs) is counted when determining when it switches from infinite to daily
