    I accidentally threw away this quest item and can't keep moving on the next quest without it.

    Anyone knows how can I take it back again?

    Never tried dropping it before, but apparently irreplaceable as it is not listed on Quest Specialist Guide
    Maybe you need to check if GM can help you to have it back

    Was it a new replacement quest?
    Maybe you can inform in the quest specialist guide for the replacement quest to be added
