Quest Item - Map of Phantom Forest (solved)

I accidentally threw away this quest item and can't keep moving on the next quest without it.

Anyone knows how can I take it back again?

I believe i can get it back from jack in cwk , forgot the name of the cave srry

 

Never tried dropping it before, but apparently irreplaceable as it is not listed on Quest Specialist Guide
Maybe you need to check if GM can help you to have it back
