Correct. This is a Hidden Street map. It is the best place to get Dark Rash cards. Also, NeXoN lOgIc. Like the Garden of Green. Grupins aren't green.
FYI, I'm using this guide and dedicating an entire character based on collecting all of the monster cards. Choosing an I/L mage might not be the best choice esp with regarding the bosses but eh. I love the mage classes here so it's not a big deal.

Hi, curious to know about what you mentioned about level locked PQs. Are there monster cards in some pqs that cannot be obtained once overleveled?
As far as i know, nope. Balrog pq for example, doesn't drop a boss card, probably because its lvl locked. And normal mobs in pqs never have card drops that are exclusive to the PQ itself (except maybe dojo?). The only pq cards are mostly boss cards, which are all on pqs you can run at any lvl beyond their minimum. [king slime, alishar, papa pixie, frankenroid, ergoth, cwkpq, etc etc]
Probably helps that very little content is level locked overall, afaik just CPQ(2) and BPQ? And ariant pq which no one even knows exists
