Nope sorry, you can of course freestyle it yourself, but not within the ironman guild, we play only by the set rules of the challenge Either way, enjoy the challenge run

Just made an Ironman with extra restrictions if I can join I would love to IGN: GrimsDK Restriction Anything released after v38 That means No NLC Pots/ICTG No Showa/Shrine and Ciders No Nautilus No Chaos/White scrolls No fourth job No access to ToT/Nihal/Minar/MuLung/Herb/Zipangu Items over level 100 No medals Gachapon Will mostly be allowed, I'm taking this with a grain of salt. I can't precisely track every item. I'm just going to reflect to the restrictions above.
