I'm not going to give you warning points for this, partly because I'm responsible for my actions. However, I also acknowledge whatever I said when I reached out to you, and I mean everything I said. So, no sugarcoating there per se.

Truth be told, I was genuinely in reaching out in finding a common understanding. But your initial respond already tells me enough, which is why I decided to lock our conversation because I don't see what good it would do leaving it open. Perhaps show the rest what you said to me as well? They'd probably agree with you, but perhaps might also understand why I locked the conversation. Basically, I didn't start a conversation in order to start another flame war.

Nonetheless, I'm also aware that the feedback thread is targeted towards me. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. If anyone is interested, some members of staff have already reached out and spoke to me about how I deal with ban appeals.

I would like to take this opportunity to let everyone know that I'm aware of how unorthodox my way of dealing with ban appeal is. It might come across to some as being sarcastic, arrogant and what not, but I genuinely believed that it is effective in getting an appeal settled without wasting valuable time. With that said, I'll take a step back from that section and let other staffs handle it instead, so we won't have this drama again in the future.

With all that has happened, I won't apologise because I did what I felt was right, but I can only reflect on improving. I'll continue doing my best to serve this community.

At the very least my mouth isn't foul when talking to people. Guess that makes the both of us.

Unpopular opinion I guess- it's fashionable to dislike staff. It's what's in.

I only say that because there's a very well liked former player from here now facing exactly the same sort of issue Kai is, but on another server- and I find it very hard to believe it's just a coincidence.

I mean we all do slight mistake not to the extend to abusive, and yea straight warning points any shit of little thing and long ago issue?? I mean yea we all human should'nt do any wrong and be perfect. But we can't, if not we would be in Heaven already?
