You can forfeit any medal challenge. I'm not sure about the others but quest specialist won't go back to 0 each time you forfeit it or anything.
Thats nice cuz I have some ongoing medal challenges that I am not interested in. That way, I can forfeit them and begin quest specialist straightaway! Cheers mate!

Just finished the chain of Magatia quests, wanted to add that once you accept "For Zenumist," "For Alcadno," or "For Phyllia," the other two become unavailable. Could someone confirm also that once you finish the quest you accepted, the other two become permanently unavailable? I wanted the cape so I did "For Alcadno," but now I feel bad about missing out on 30 fame (also for doing the "wrong" thing, lol).
I have a couple of questions that I've neen pondering since I decided to go for this title, I just want to appologize if these were asked before hand! - Do all the quests have to be completed on the same character? Or is it account wide (Can I create a new character and complete the quests on Maple Island that I didn't do? - I know they are working on the Library, which will have info on quests. Will there be enough quests to complete and earn the title, even if you have not done any of the Maple Island quests? That's all I can think of for now, thanks!
All quests must be completed on the same character. And yes, you can finish this medal even without the maple island quests. A lot of the new content that have been added came with more quests in them, so completing this medal doesn't really requires that you'll do all the quests in the game anymore
