    That chicken rice post makes me crave for Thai-style chicken rice. Fragrant thai rice cooked in chicken fat/juices...tender braised chicken accompanied with sweet and spicy thai chili sauce...ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
