Zombie Lupin Card effect increases the drop rate of Cursed Doll (which is needed for Ellinia quest where you collect thousands of dolls etc) Nependeath Card effect increases drop rate of Nependeath's honey (needed for HP quests) so why don't miner zombie card has any effect? I think the card effect could be increasing the drop rate of Lost Gold Tooth will be very helpful for those who grind there
The reason they don't is that currently, all monster cards give the exact same buffs as to what they had in the official servers, with the exception of Masteria and Amoria which we had to custom make. I think there are around 150 monster cards which do not give a buff, which as far as I know is intentional. We are most likely open to adding or changing buffs in the future though so will keep the suggestion in mind.
Don't want to hijack the thread or anything, but it also seems a bit odd how Blue Mushmom doesn't give a buff either, especially considering she has the worst wait time of any boss to respawn.
Maybe a thread can be opened - Suggestions for new Monster Card Effects Then everyone chip in on what the effects could be, so we can present the list of effects to Matt in a clear way
I don't think that is neccessary. When i hunted there for teeth, i think the miner card was always active for me. That means it would be a direct buff to the droprate. If i remember correctly, they nerfed the drops of zombies already for a reason, reverting it just because other cards have that increase droprate effect doesn't seem justifiable. If you want a better droprate at zombies, get a zakum card f3
Really? Did you test that? Because it should work in theory, zak is supposed to increase drops in all the mine
I never left the mine. I CCed from Door to Zak, then moved back to Dead Mine 1 and I didn't have the Zak buff anymore.
Pretty sure the Zakum card issue is just part of this known bug: As for giving the minor zombie card a droprate buff itself, I highly doubt we would choose to do that, as the majority of droprate buffs come from bosses in the area rather than the mobs themselves.
