Add Mrs. Claus into Amherst :(

    Most people don't play islanders anymore, but for the few of us that still do I really think this npc should be added :)
    Once you hit lv 30 regardless of your class, you're given the 12 Days of Christmas quest, and the presents drop on the island, so I don't see the harm in adding her to the npc list! :(
