Deet&Roi and Rurumo spawned, but are unkillable

For some reason, these two mobs started spawning again, even though they were not available in royals for ages.
It seems like the things that are used to make them vurnable are broken, this leads to those two maps being almost entirely unplayable because these mobs can just warp you to town from a single hit.

 

seems like it was a "one of" kind of bug, how odd o-o.
It doesn't seem like they spawn anymore.

They weren't there yesterday, i wonder what triggers them to spawn on all the channels like that.

As far as I can tell, this is a periodic bug.
If I'd have to make a guess to what's happening here, maybe in the code, to avoid them from spawning, you guys gave them a crazy long spawn cooldown, which after a few weeks ends and causes them to spawn.
Usually when i find one, all the channels have these mobs as well, as if they all spawned together at the same time.

This bug keeps locking people out of these maps for hours until all these mobs mysteriously disappear.
I'd love to one day catch these mobs again, and just sit in their map and wait to see when it disappears

Even the admins can't kill these guys

 

Is there a quest to kill this? I am 100% sure i meet them before, can't rmb if i had to kill or not

 

No quest, this mob is unkillable, and its not suppose to spawn in our server at all lol

 

There were ways to kill them by hitting that green tank at top right back then in GMS, but it's doesn't work in Royals
