Removing spamming chat warnings

    Is it able to disable warnings like this?:

    Because they are anoying as ....
    Please be my hero and remove these stupid warnings..

    I'd be a bit annoyed if the "You may not use the skill yet" warning was removed, as I rely on it to know whether my octopi skill failed to work due to the cooldown or some other reason (it can be a bit unreliable while on ship).
