According to Update #87 Goddess Wristband should have +2/+4 wa roll. But the current situation shows it has only +3 variation. I did a lot of OPQ, getting OPQ gloves for my mules, and also asked some other OPQ lovers who made the fastest 15 minutes runs. None of us has got a +2/+4.
This is still an active ongoing issue. I have 10 characters with Goddess Wristbands (Screenshots can be provided if needed) Every single one is hard coded at +3 (13 WA) Part of the reason feedback has been rejected about buffing these in the past is that there's a chance for a +14 WA glove. So this should be considered.
