For this patch, I'm sure you all have noticed that we all got skill resets. However, I am seeing that people are messing up their skills quite frequently and this is to help you.

This is not pictures of what skills you should have and how many skill points in each because
    1. I don't have every character to SS that
    2. Some people need different skills

    How to apply skill points?

First, apply your beginner skills to get them out of the way.

Second, apply your 1st skill points. You should have 61 skill points available for first job if you are anything but a mage, mages have 67. This is by 1 SP at job advancement and 60 from lvl 10-30.

Third, apply second job skill points. You should have 121 skill points for second job skills. 1 from job advancement and 120 from levels 30-70.

Fourth apply third job skill points. You should have 151 skill points available for third job skills. 1 from job advancement and 150 from levels 70-120.

Lastly, apply fourth job skill points. Use whatever remaining skill points you have left for this.

    IMPORTANT REMINDERS
When applying skill points, think of what you need, do you need certain skills? No? Apply it to something more uselful.

An easy way to check yourself, if you have added so many points but aren't sure how many you have left, try putting a skill point into the next job. The game will not let you add skill points into 2nd job if not enough are in 1st job. And so on. So for example, you added 86 skill points into first job, but forgot where you left off. Try putting skill points into 2nd job. It won't let you, put 1 skill point in 1st job, then try again putting into 2nd job. Keep doing this until you are able to move onto the next job level. ONCE YOU ARE ABLE TO PUT SKILLS INTO NEXT JOB SKILLS, DO NOT PUT ANY INTO YOUR PREVIOUS JOB UNLESS YOU WANT TO.

    Good luck!
And as always, may the odd be ever in your fav-- I mean happy Mapling!!

It's 61 SP (67 SP for a mage) for first job.
Second and third job advancement gives 1 SP, not 3 so correct numbers would be 121 SP and 151 SP respectively.

Just a heads-up before anyone allocates more SP than necessary.

I did this when I was half asleep hahaha
My math in my head was right, but my sleep deprived brain from studying for finals made me do otherwise. I knew it was 1 SP for 1st - 2nd job. Wasn't 100% for 3rd. Thanks lol

A nice way to make sure you dont mess up is by calculating how many points you will have left after leveling skills for one job. For example if you have 500 poins, you do 500-61(1st job non mages)=439 which means you can add points in 1st job untill you have 439 left. For 2nd do the remaining amount of points minus 121 (439-121=318) and -151 for third.
Also gonna mention that 4th job characters can skip adding points into lower level attacks, and instead add them into something else thats useful.(for example a NL who has triple throw wont need lucky 7, and can spend those points on something else)

I also added a spoiler with links to class-specific guide (Credits to Plenty for putting them together in his All-in-One guide). Feel free to edit it however you like.
