    Welcome to the Hero Guide.
Here's a quick introduction on Heroes. They use either Swords or Axes, but this guide will focus more on swords because they have a better damage output than axes which I will explain later. Among all of the Warrior classes available in MapleRoyals, they are arguably the strongest and easiest class to play because of Brandish's long reach and not having to dip below a certain amount of HP in order to produce maximum potential damage. Their end game equipment is pretty easy to obtain and getting one to do decent damage is easy.

    • Very high base HP thanks to Improving Max HP Increase
      • Great for starting out
      • If you decide to max HP on a Hero, it's the most tank class in game next to a max HP Shadower only much, much cheaper
    • Easiest and arguably the best bossing class in the game
      • Most end game bosses have more than one target where Heroes can feast and beast over, usually doing the most DPS out of any class
      • Can survive all touch and magic damage from any monster thanks to Power Guard and Achillies
      • Just hold Brandish and you're doing optimal damage with almost no effort
    • Able to tank all bosses with just a few HP washes
    • Very fast training
    • One of the top DPS classes in the server
    • Popular end game weapons are plentiful and relatively cheap to make and purchase thanks to the popularity of Heroes
      • There are a lot of Heroes in the server so there's bound to be a lot of decent and even perfect weapons on sale at all times
      • End game weapons can either be crafted or obtained from popular Gachapon locations

    • Accuracy can be an issue if you're unfunded and around mid level
      • This can be mitigated with potions and various equips that give you accuracy, Dex and Luk
    • Training from first to early fourth job revolves around Slash Blast, a first job skill
    • Heroes have many skills that are not worth investing and can even hinder you
    • Scrolling your own end game weapon may leave you with a bad investment
      • The most common near perfect weapons for sale usually are Stonetooth Swords which is a very common end game weapon for Heroes. Try and get yourself one already scrolled to save yourself some money
    • Bad mobility
      • Most of the time, you'll be relying on Silver Mane for optimal speed when grinding during the end game

This guide will be leaning towards a Sword Hero. The reason for this is because they do more overall damage/DPS than Axe Heroes because swords are more balanced and the damage formula favors Sword Heroes. Here's why:

    General Formula:
    • MAX = (Primary Stat + Secondary Stat) * Weapon Attack / 100
    • MIN = (Primary Stat * 0.9 * Skill Mastery + Secondary Stat) * Weapon Attack / 100
    One Handed Sword
    • Primary: STR * 4.0
    • Secondary: DEX
    One Handed Axe (Swinging)
    • Primary: STR * 4.4
    • Secondary: DEX
    One Handed Axe (Stabbing)
    • Primary: STR * 3.2
    • Secondary: DEX
    Two Handed Sword
    • Primary: STR * 4.6
    • Secondary: DEX
    Two Handed Axe (Swinging)
    • Primary: STR * 4.8
    • Secondary: DEX
    Two Handed Axe (Stabbing)
    • Primary: STR * 3.4
    • Secondary: DEX
Brandish has a forced stab and slash damage multiplier. Both one and two handed axes have different Str multipliers when stabbing or slashing whereas one and two handed swords are stable at 4x an 4.6x Str multiplier respectively. Because of this, axes deal an average of 7.6x Str multiplier per Brandish for a one handed axe and 8.2 Str multiplier per Brandish for a two handed axe. Swords, on the other hand, deal a consistent 8x and 9.2x Str multiplier per Brandish for one and two handed swords respectively. Count in the lack of decent Axe weapon and you've got yourself an underwhelming investment in axes.

Heroes revolves around Str and some Dex. Dex is only for accuracy and a requirement for Stonetooth Sword (120 Dex requirement). End game Heroes will use equips to get all the Dex they need because Maple Warrior is based on base stats rather than total stats meaning the higher you spend your AP on Str rather than Dex, the more potent Maple Warrior will be. With that being said, here are a few builds to keep in mind.

    4 base Dex
As the build name suggest, you'll be putting all your AP into Str. This build should only be valid to those who are funded, which means you'll either need to leech yourself for the first beginning levels or get yourself some equips and weapons that give you a substantial amount of accuracy if you're planning on training it all the way from the beginning. Luckily, there are many ways to subsidize your accuracy and Dex needs which will be explained later in the guide. Even if your end game weapon is a Stonetooth Sword, it's relatively easy to get 120 Dex while keeping a 4 base Dex.

    30-50 base Dex
If you lack funding by the time you hit level 120 for your Stonetooth Sword or you're in need of some Dex early on on your Hero, this is a good point to stop at. You can always use AP Resets later on to take away or add some if needed when you need Dex for a Stonetooth Sword or Accuracy. I don't recommend going over 50 because there are a lot of scrolls that can help you towards your Accuracy goal or Dex goal.

    80 base Dex
The classic build for many of us back when Maplestory was in this current version. With the variety of assets and knowledge that everyone can access and utilize in this version, this build is not recommended to anyone that's willing to do a bit of research before making a Hero. With this much Dex, you're bound to want to reset some of them later on in the game so save yourself some money and invest in some equips and scrolls that give a decent amount of Dex so you can save AP for Str.

For your first job, the main skill you'll want to max out first and foremost is Improving Max HP Increase. No matter what situation you're in, you'll always want more HP. The earlier you max this out, the more benefits you'll be able to reap from this skill. After that, go for Slash Blast. This skill does more damage than Power Strike when hitting more than 2 monsters and during early level training, you'll be hitting much more than 2 monsters. After that, go ahead and max out Power Strike for a good 1v1 skill. From there, you'll have maxed out your core first job skills. Put the extra SP you have into anything you want, it won't matter in the end. Be sure to use them all because you won't be able to advance to a Fighter if you don't.

This guide is centered around using swords because they're better than axes. For your second job, all you really need to do is max out Sword Mastery, Sword Booster and Power Guard. The reason why I left out Rage is because it doesn't stack with your regular attack potions, it only gives +10 weapon attack and it's also a party skill so if any of your party members are using attack potions of their own, Rage will override that and they'll be stuck with +10 weapon attack and have to use another attack potion. Besides, Warriors Elixirs last long, give more attack and you can save yourself the hassle of putting any points into Rage.

With the extra SP, you could max out Axe Booster and Axe Mastery. They're fun skills, but they should be left as that. Axes, all things being equal, give a higher attack range than swords, but in combat, they do less damage overall because of their different damage multipliers.

Warning: Do not put any SP into Final Attack if you're not basing a build around it for fun. This skill is pretty worthless and here's why. Assume you have Slash Blast and Final Attack maxed out and you attack a mob of 5. Slash Blast will hit each monster with 130% damage, but if Final Attack happens to activate, the 250% from Final Attack will spread across the 5 mobs, essentially doing much, much less damage than if you were to use Slash Blast. The only reason you'd want to have this skill is if you wanted to show off a bit.

The third job build is very simple, just max out Combo Attack and you'll be fine. Panic and Coma, in my opinion, isn't that great. Most of the time, you'll want to maintain Combo Attack at full orbs rather than waste it all on one attack and build it back up again.

Improving MP Recovery, Shield Mastery and Armor Crash are essentially useless. Armor Crash does not break Cancel Melee that most end game bosses love to cast and Shield Mastery only increases weapon defense rather than taking off a percentage of damage which would have been miles better.

Shout isn't very useful for a few reasons. It doesn't have a very good attack range, it doesn't do much damage and to top it all off, it's very slow. Put some points in it if you want to, but I haven't found any opportunity to use it at all.

When you complete your fourth job advancement, you will receive 3 SP for your 4th job skills. I suggest putting at least one point in Rush because even at level one, it will hit up to 15 monsters and gives you great mobility while keeping up momentum with Brandish. Upgrade Brandish first to 11 and replace it with Slash Blast because this will become your main skill of choice, a far cry from having to spam Slash Blast for 120+ levels. The books aren't too expensive and by this time, you should've made a good chunk of money for all your skill book needs.

Head straight for Advanced Combo Attack after maxing out Brandish. You'll need to unlock the skill by collecting the skill book from Zakum as a drop. Alternatively, you could go for Power Stance if you want an easier time grinding, but I feel the sheer power of Advanced Combo Attack makes up for the inconvenience for 10 more levels or so. After Advanced Combo Attack, go for Power Stance for a much easier time grinding. Alternatively, you could go for Maple Warrior if you feel that knockback isn't an issue for you. After Power Stance, max out Maple Warrior to the highest point you're able to (Maple Warrior 20 is an expensive book, but well worth the price tag) and you'll finish your core skills and be ready for all the available bosses on the server.

If you plan on going to Horntail at exactly level 155, make sure to save 1 SP for Hero's Will! It cures seduce for yourself which can kill you easily during the fight by making you move towards the right forcefully and you won't be able to use potions during the time you're under seduce.

After your core skills, I recommend maxing out Rush. The higher level it gets, the longer distance Rush will take you which makes grinding even easier. After Rush, Achilles is up next for some more tanking power. Round your build all up and put an SP into Hero's Will for Horntail seduce and add whatever extra SP you want to anything else you want.

As for the other skills, Monster Magnet is a poor man's Rush. It breaks momentum and doesn't reach the end of the map. Guardian is an alright skill for those of you that decide to go 1h weapon and shield, but many people head for the Stonetooth route because you limit yourself to only having to scroll one item really well as opposed to 2. Plus, the damage multiplier favors 2h weapons more when using high attack potion like Heartstoppers and Onyx Apples. Finally, Enrage is an okay skill. You could use an Energizer for nearly identical effects, but lasts much longer, doesn't require any quest to unlock and you can save your Combo Attack orbs.

These numbers were provided by the AyumiLove database. 1ms is 1/1000 of a second. If you're unsure about what speed your weapon is, check the MapleRoyals Library via the main page and it will tell you. I'm not going to add Final Attack. Rush attacks faster when there are no targets, but there aren't many situations where this will be helpful, so I will be leaving that out. Your standard job booster skill will -2 speed levels and Speed Infusion will -4 speed levels. Booster and Speed Infusion do not stack with each other, but will after the new source is released. However, Speed Infusion will only -2 speed levels after new source.

This section will be covering all the different equips that most Heroes will most likely go through. I'll be going through weapons, armor and various accessories that you should keep in mind while grinding to become a Hero. I'm going to be leaving our items that cannot be obtained regularly due to events. and Many of these equips will be focusing on maximizing weapon attack and Str/Dex (For Stonetooth Sword). I'll give the recommended methods of obtaining all weapons . If you're having trouble looking for a specific piece of equipment or scroll, always use the MapleRoyals Library section via the home page as a reference guide to anything you may need or feel free to post a thread on Help and Advice. There are a few items that aren't on that page that are Gachapon exclusive, but I'll be covering those in this section if that's the case.

    • Level 1-10: [IMG][IMG] Sword and Razor
Obtained at start of Maple Island
    • Level 10-15: [IMG] Wooden Sword
      Purchased at Perion Weapon Store
    • Level 15-30: [IMG] Gold Surfboard
      Dropped by Slime
    • Level 25-30: [IMG] Maplemas Lights
Obtained from New Leaf City Gachapon and Christmas Event
Starting off, the weapon you choose in the beginning doesn't really matter because you'll be blazing through those levels thanks to quests. At level 10-15, go ahead and purchase yourself a Wooden Sword if you feeling like grinding out those early levels, but if you have some spare money, go ahead and buy a bunch of Zombie's Lost Tooth and exchange them for XP in Orbis. This should mitigate the use of a Wooden Sword. Grind at Slimes or purchase yourself a Gold Surfboard because it has great reach and very nice attack speed early on. You should use this for the majority of your first job training.

For a short while, you could use a Maplemas Lights. The speed boost on these makes training easier and its a very fast weapon, faster than a Gold Surfboard. If you have a weapon attack shield, that makes this weapon even better.
    • Level 30-35: [IMG] Aluminum Baseball Bat
      Purchased in Showa Weapon Merchant
    • Level 35-50: [IMG] Lionheart
Dropped by Wild Boar and Purchased in Singapore Weapon Merchant
    • Level 38-70: [IMG] Flaming Katana
      Obtained from Sleepywood Gachapon
    • Level 40-70: [IMG] Glowing Whip
      Obtained from Sleepywood Gachapon
    • Level 45-70: [IMG] Diao Chan Sword
      Dropped by Cloud Fox
    • Level 50-70: [IMG] Japanese Map
      Dropped by Leprechaun
    • Level 64-70: [IMG] Maple Soul Rohen
      Dropped by Mixed Golem
You can ditch your Gold Surfboard at level 30 for an Aluminum Baseball Bat. Same speed, able to utilize your Sword Mastery and very easily obtained. You can alternatively hunt for one, but you aren't going to be using this for a while. At level 35, move onto a Lionheart. This weapon, unlike most swords, is fast (4) which means with booster, this sword is the fastest weapon in game. Plus, this weapon drops from Wild Boars which is a monster you'll more than likely be grinding on during early levels. Alternatively, you can grab yourself a Flaming Katana if you're funded. This weapon is also has a weapon speed of fast (4), but this sword is much more powerful than other one-handed swords around level 38 and it just looks really cool.

Half way through being a Fighter, you'll be able to move onto a Japanese Map. Much like the Flaming Katana and Lionheart, it has a weapon speed of fast (4) which makes this a very solid weapon for a long time. A few shops around the free market should have this up, but if not, just spend some time at Leprechauns by holding the attack button. Eventually, you'll get one to drop. Alternatively, you can stick with a Flaming Katana if you have a nice weapon attack scrolled shield.

Diao Chan Sword and Glowing Whip are in the same speed tier as the Flaming Katana. Both of these swords are Fast (4), but the Diao Chan Sword isn't reliant on Gachapon, but instead are dropped by a relatively low level mob and a good place to make money as well. If you have a weapon attack shield and don't have any luck finding a Flaming Katana or Glowing Whip, hunt for a nice Diao Chan Sword.

Near the end of your second job, you'll be left with a decision to move onto a Maple Soul Rohen. This sword, while being the slowest of all the other options, gives a very hefty accuracy boost which is very helpful for those of you who aren't very funded and/or plan to move on training at Wolf Spiders at an earlier level than usual. Fortunately, these are dropped by Mixed Golem which is a common mob in Forest of Golem, a recommended training area for mid range level Fighters. You should have more than enough Maple Soul Rohen by the time you reach level 64.
    • Level 70-100/110: [IMG] Red Katana
Dropped by Pepe, Nightghost and Beetle
    • Level 70-100/110: [IMG] Maple Soul Rohen
      Dropped by Mixed Golem
    • Level 100: [IMG] Sparta
      Dropped by Skelosaurus
    • Level 100: [IMG] Stonetooth Sword
Obtained from New Leaf City Gachapon and Dropped by Black Crow
    • Level 110: [IMG][IMG] Dragon Carabella and Dragon Claymore
Obtained from Perion Gachapon, Dropped by Horntail and Craftable in Leafre
The Red Katana falls into the special fast (4) attack speed so that makes the Red Katana a very good weapon for training and bosses. Some people will consider perfecting this because with it's amazing speed, it can be a very serviceable weapon for the rest of your Hero career if you so wish. However, most people prefer to stick with a two-handed sword because with a one-handed sword, you'll need a very good shield to stay on par with two-handed swords and even then, they fall short when attack potions like Heartstoppers and Onyx Apples come into play. Another reason is that the Red Katana doesn't take advantage of Speed Infusion, a skill that doubles the speed boost of Sword Booster, whereas two-handed swords shine much more bright with Speed Infusion, leaving the Red Katana in it's dust. Invest wisely.

You'll still probably want to use a Maple Soul Rohen if you need the accuracy for the higher level mobs you'll be training on. Accuracy is going to play a bigger role more than ever during these levels. Sacrificing some weapon speed will be worth reaching a higher accuracy percentage while training. If accuracy isn't a problem for you, go for a Red Katana and weapon attack shield or stick with your Japanese Map which you should have scrolled a bit by now. The speed of both those weapons makes them much better than having to deal with a slow weapon like the Maple Soul Rohen.

At level 100, you can move onto the Sparta. This is an extremely common one-handed sword that is dropped by a mob that is commonly killed and makes a decent bossing weapon for beginning Heroes. Slap on a weapon attack shield and you'll be able to do some decent damage. If you still have a Red Katana and is well scrolled, you might want to stick to that for now rather than having to waste some more money on a sword that is pretty on par without Speed Infusion.

Now we get to the end game weapons for Heroes, starting off with the Stonetooth Sword. This is my recommended end game weapon because of it's amazing speed and relative ease to obtain a perfect one. This sword requires 120 Dex to wield which can be daunting at first, but getting a bunch of equips to give you enough Dex to wield it makes the 120 Dex requirement not too much of an issue. There are a lot of scrolls that give you Dex that would otherwise not give you weapon attack or Str. This is key to utilizing every asset in your disposal to make the Stonetooth Sword a much more appealing weapon than on paper. Plan ahead to get 120 Dex otherwise you'll have to wash out your base Dex later on.

The Dragon Carabella and Dragon Claymore are interesting weapons to choose from. Considering all things being equal, the Dragon Carabella and weapon attack shield does more damage than a Stonetooth Sword when using a Red Cider, but falls short when using a Heartstopper or better. Also, some people prefer the attack animation of a one-handed sword Brandish than a two-handed sword Brandish, which adds some more appeal. The Dragon Claymore is the best two-handed sword in the server, but it's mostly used if you have Speed Infusion or if you're hunting Bigfoot. Speed Infusion allows the Dragon Claymore to hit the maximum weapon speed which essentially makes this a slightly more attack Stonetooth Sword. When hunting Bigfoot, the Dragon Claymore with a Sword Booster can attack Bigfoot without having to deal with it's pesky invincibility frames.

Armor is not limited to just a top and bottom and I'm going to be covering every little piece I can think of. If I miss anything or if there's something I might want to reconsider, please leave a reply!

    • Level 1-20: [IMG][IMG] Standard Maple Island Top/Bottom
Obtained at start of Maple Island
    • Level 20-100: [IMG][IMG] Bathrobe for Men/Women
      Purchased in Showa Spa
    • Level 100+: [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG] Neos/Lucida Tops and Bottoms
      Dropped by various mobs
Starting off, you don't have many options. You could scroll yourself a top and bottom with Str and Dex respectively, but it seems like a waste of scrolls in my opinion. Save your money on a scrolled Bathrobe with either Dex (if you need extra accuracy for grinding) or Str.

A Bathrobe is really helpful because of the +10 Speed it comes with. That extra speed will really help with grinding because of all the close range grinding you'll need to do. Scroll this with either Dex or Str. Doesn't really matter which one because it's not that much of a boost and you'll be moving onto end game gear before you know it.

End game gear consist of a high level top and bottom. Warriors don't need a secondary stat to wear their class armor so the higher stat bonus, the better. Typically, you'll find nice level 100 top and bottom, but if you can snag yourself a decent total stat top or bottom that lower level, feel free to use that. The only thing that matters is the total stat you get for the top or bottom. Female bottoms come with both Dex and Str, but male bottoms come with Str or Dex and an accuracy boost which matters little during the end game so if you don't have a preference on what gender your character is, making a female Hero is slightly more beneficial.

    • Level 10-50: [IMG] Green Bandana
      Dropped by Leprechauns
    • Level 50+: [IMG] Zakum Helmet
      Dropped by Zakum
Accuracy plays an important role during the early levels especially if you're aiming to be a low Dex/Dexless Hero. You'll want to either scroll your Green Bandana (or Brown because it comes with some accuracy clean) with accuracy. The scrolls aren't too expensive. Same goes for the Green/Brown Bandana. Use this until you build up the confidence to survive Zakum and grab yourself a Zakum Helmet.

With all the amazing clean stats a Zakum Helmet gives you, this is the best helmet you can obtain in the server. A Zakum Helmet will provide you with a huge amount of accuracy so getting this as early as possible to reap the benefits is highly encouraged. You'll want to scroll this with Dex in preparation for wielding a Stonetooth Sword or, if you're going to focus on a one-handed sword or Dragon Claymore, just try and find a godly clean Zakum Helmet with as much clean Str as possible.

    • Level 25-50/65: [IMG] Old Raggedy Cape
      Obtained through Stranger's Identity Quest
    • Level 50+: [IMG] Yellow Adventurer Cape
      Obtained from Showa Gachapon
    • Level 50/65+: [IMG][IMG]Pink Adventurer Cape/Pink Gaia Cape
Obtained from Perion Gachapon/Kerning City Gachapon respectively
A well scrolled Old Raggedy Cape can help a bit. You might want to consider scrolling it with Dex for the additional accuracy in case you need it. If not, you can either skip or scroll with a bit of Str for some more DPS or Int if you want to do some HP Washing. The Yellow Adventurer Cape falls in the same style of an Old Raggedy Cape, except it has 8 slots to work with rather than 5. If you don't have enough money to buy a chaos'd Pink Cape, you'll want to scroll a Yellow Adventurer Cape with Dex to reach the cap to wield a Stonetooth Sword.

A chaos'd Pink Cape can run your upwards of billions and billions. A starting Pink Cape with around 6-8 weapon attack or scrolled with Str and 4 weapon attack is a good range for starting new players. Once you get past that, you'll be looking to spend a lot. Of course, the higher weapon attack, the better so it doesn't matter which one you use in the end.

    • Level 10-50: [IMG][IMG] Brown Work Gloves/Work Gloves
Obtained from Henesys Gachapon and Crafted in Kerning City respectively
    • Level 50+: [IMG] Stormcaster Gloves
      Crafted in New Leaf City
Start off with a weapon attack scrolled Work Gloves. This should add some much needed DPS when grinding without Mastery early on. You could perfect a Brown Work Gloves which is better than perfecting a pair of Stormcaster Gloves, but it requires a lot more money and patience seeing as even a clean pair of Brown Work Gloves can be quite hard to find. Nonetheless, once you're level 50, most people swap out for a very nice weapon attack Stormcaster Gloves. A clean pair of Stormcaster Gloves can be pricey to buy, create and scroll, but offers a huge boost in DPS. This should be one of the items to splurge on when you have some extra money.

    • Level 11-30/50: [IMG] Black Gomushin
Purchased from Kerning City Weapon Store
    • Level 30-50: [IMG] Red Snowshoes
Purchase from El Nath Weapon Store
    • Level 50+: [IMG] Facestompers
      Crafted in New Leaf City
    • Level 80+: [IMG] Violet SnowShoes
      Obtained from Showa Gachapon
    • Level 100+: [IMG] Blue Crescent Boots
      Dropped by Skelegon
Your starting shoe can either have some accuracy if needed or just be a shoe with some speed scrolled onto it. The Black Gomushin already has +2 speed on it and you can buy as many as you want. Plus, Shoes for Speed scrolls are very cheap and you can often find the different variations of them for under a million. Same goes for Shoes for Dex scrolls which actually don't give Dex. You can move onto a pair Red Snowshoes if you haven't already scrolled a nice pair of shoes and feel you want to wait for the extra slot investment that Red Snowshoes have. Like the Black Gomushin, you either want to scroll with Shoes for Dex or Shoes for Speed. If you are in need of some Dex and you have some free slot on your shoes, scroll them for jump, which gives Dex.

End game shoes mainly consist of just Facestompers. They may get extremely pricey, much like the Pink Capes, so if you're still working on more important areas of your equips, just grab yourself a pair Blue Crescent Boots. If you can manage to find yourself a pair of godly clean ones, these can last you quite a while especially if you're using a Stonetooth Sword because these boots come with dual clean stats.

Violet Snowshoes can be nice if you can already two shot Oblivion 2 or 4 without an attack shoe so having that additional speed and jump is nice once scrolled with those respective stats.

Accessories will cover the face, eye, earrings and pendants. These are considered after thoughts because they don't do much in terms of boost due to lack of weapon attack scrolls, but they help greatly when converting from Low Dex to Dexless or getting those last few stat points into Dex for a Stonetooth Sword.

    • Level 25-50: [IMG] Smiling Mask
      Obtained from Sleepywood Gachapon
    • Level 25+: [IMG] Sad Mask
      Obtained from Singapore Gachapon
    • Level 25+: [IMG] Rat Mouth
Obtained from New Leaf City Gachapon
    • Level 40+: [IMG] Branch Nose
Obtained from New Leaf City Gachapon
    • Level 50+: [IMG] Maple Leaf
Obtained from Showa Spa Gachapon and Sleepywood Gachapon
A Smiling Masks gives some speed for grinding and moving around, but can be hard to find seeing as it comes from an uncommon Gachapon location. You might be able to snag one for cheap and use it, but if you're in need of some accuracy, especially at lower levels, you should go with a Sad Mask. They come with a good chunk of accuracy clean.

A Rat Mouth and Branch Nose (same thing, but higher level requirement) can be scrolled with Dex and help you cap off your Stonetooth Sword Dex requirement. If you're planning on using a Dragon weapon, Sparta or Red Katana as an end game weapon, you can disregard those two and stick with a Sad Mask for extra accuracy or an end game stat Maple Leaf.

A Maple Leaf can have one of either Str, Dex, Int or Luk clean with 7 slots. As a Hero, you'll want either a nice clean Str or Dex Maple Leaf. These can be a bit hard to obtain, especially if you're looking for a godly clean one, so my suggestion is to devote voting on your Hero account only in order to obtain a Maple Leaf . Don't worry about missing out on potential money from other Gachapons because both Showa Spa and Sleepywood both have very nice rewards. Remember, utilize those 7 slots. Face for Avoidability 60% (the scroll that gives Dex to Face Accessories) can be quite expensive, but luckily Showa Spa Gachapon is the only Gachapon that rewards you for Gaching there. For the Dark Scroll version of Face for Avoidability (30% and 70%), try your luck at Mushroom Shrine Gachapon.

    • Level 35+: [IMG] Raccoon Mask
      Obtained from Sleepwood Gachapon
    • Level 45+: [IMG] White Raccoon Mask
      Obtained from Singapore Gachapon
Both of these items come with clean accuracy so it can be helpful during low to mid level grinding. Unfortunately, both of these are quite pricey clean and the only use for these is either accuracy and Dex. However, the only scroll that gives Dex to both these masks are 10% and 30% so not only would you have to risk losing a slot, but you also have to either further risk more slots for just one additional Dex unless you use a Chaos Scroll on these masks. People with more money than they know what to do with will usually opt to do this. If you're a new starting player, you can skip over this and just wear one for the accuracy, just for fun or not at all.

    • Level 15+: [IMG] Single Earring
Purchased at Kerning City Weapon Store
    • Level 80+: [IMG] Gold Emerald Earrings
      Dropped by The Boss
Typically, these are scrolled for Dex to keep your base Dex low for Stonetooth Sword. You could also use these for HP Washing your Hero if need be. Gold Emerald Earrings can be very tricky to obtain, but getting a godly, clean one with nice Dex can easily outperform a Single Earring with Dex scrolled because Gold Emerald Earrings comes with clean Dex. Most people end up with a Single Earring anyway.

    • Level 50-120: [IMG] Silver Deputy Star
      Obtained from Bounty Hunter Quest
    • Level 70-120: [IMG] Horus's Eye
Obtained from New Leaf City Gachapon
    • Level 120+: [IMG] Horntail Necklace
      Dropped by Horntail
A Silver Deputy Star comes with +5 all stats clean as well as some HP and MP. Treat this as a mini Zakum Helmet in terms of figuring out what to upgrade next. Gives a small boost in DPS and a nice accuracy bonus from all the Dex and Luk you'll be getting. A Horus's Eye is just an inferior Silver Deputy Star that's untradeable and can only be obtained from New Leaf City Gachapon. This item does have a chance of being above average, unlike the Silver Deputy Star, but most of the time, you're better off going with a Silver Deputy Star. You do save a bit of money if you do decide to Gach at New Leaf City and stumble across one.

The Horntail Necklace is your end game pendant of choice. This is dropped by arguably the hardest boss in the game and has the godly system implemented in it. Some people wait for a really nice, clean Horntail Necklace to drop before scrolling because once you scroll this once with a Nine Spirit's Egg, that's it. No more Nine Spirit's Egg anymore, even on a new Horntail Necklace. You can continue scrolling it with a Chaos Scroll, however. The only way to scroll pendants is either by using a Chaos Scroll or, in the Horntail Necklace's case, a Nine Spirit's Egg so just keep it clean until you're ready to move onto a Horntail Necklace.

HP washing is a method of producing more HP by taking advantage of the fact that for each 10 Int you have when you level up, you will get 1 MP. Because of this, Int gear is quite expensive. Start wearing your Int gear early on so you can take advantage of all the added MP. Luckily for Heroes, you really don't need much extra MP to get to an optimal level of HP thanks to Improve Max Hp Increase and the small amount of MP required to wash 1 AP of HP. Here is a some numbers and formulas you should you should be aware of when HP washing a Hero:
The main number you want to reach is 18,750 base HP because after Hyper Body, you'll have already reach the 30k HP cap. Assuming that you won't start bossing seriously until you've maxed out most of your core skills, a level 150 Hero without washing will have around 9,700 HP. You'll need about 9,750 HP to hit your goal. Each HP wash will give a warrior, on average, 52 HP per wash which means you'll need at least 748 MP to achieve that level. For funded people, this isn't too hard. For others, this might a bit of a struggle. Try and pick up some equips that have scrolls that provide Int to them like Helmets and Overalls and figure out a way to get them as low level as possible to ensure maximum MP bonus. Remember that the number you want to reach before bossing is 748. When HP washing, you'll want to add one AP into HP first and then start taking out MP via AP Resets into HP. After you've run out of MP, put back that one point into Str and you'll have HP washing successfully.

For those of you who want 30k base HP, you'll need a bit less than twice as much MP (Around 1388 MP or 347 washes). If you're well funded, you should aim for this number. You'll make bossing and training much easier on yourself and you won't have to rely on Dark Knights to cap off your HP. Good luck!

This section will be covering all the various locations that I believe Heroes do the most well at and train the fastest. I'll be splitting each job into two section, one for power leveling and one for leveling and making money. Keep in mind that while some people may level much faster than you, funding takes a huge role in determining speed, especially at early levels. I'm going to assume you have managed your accuracy requirement and funding well. If you feel like you're getting much lower XP than you would if you were to train at a previously mentioned location, feel free to go back a location.

As a Swordman, you'll mainly want to rely on Slash Blast as your main grinding skill. Most of these training locations will have bunches of spawn. Navigating and walking around these maps can be very tiresome and boring so try and utilize speed boosts from equips or Speed Pills from Ludibrium Potion Shop. If you have mules that can buff you, such as Haste and Speed Infusion, this will speed up training by a lot. The majority of these levels can be by passed very early with certain exchange items, but for newer players, pay closer attention to the money making section because this will be where you make your starting cash and make things much easier on the long road to becoming a Hero.
    • Level 10-25: [IMG] Orbis Exchange Quest
    • Level 20-30: [IMG] Sunset Road: Sahel 3
    • Level 20-30: [IMG] Hidden Street: The Land of Wild Boar I
    • Level 25-30: [IMG] Arwen and the Glass Shoes Quest*
    • Level 25-30: [IMG] Ludibrium: Terrace Hall
Starting off in Maple Island, complete as many quests that give XP as possible and complete the prior quests to become a Swordsman. This should get your level 10 easily. Orbis Exchange Quest is a method of getting XP by turning in 100 of a certain item that's dropped by mobs in Orbis, the most common of these items being Zombie's Lost Tooth. Turning in 100 will give you 2,000 XP which is by far the fastest way to level up at an early level and gets you through the beginning levels much easier. These items don't cost too much, so make sure to utilize this method of leveling up.

Sand Rats are located in Ariant. This map is great because its just a flat surface. Its a bit hard to see the mobs because they're so low to the ground that the drops will often obscure your vision. Might be a bit of a pain to get here, but it's worth the trouble and hassle.

You can continue with exchanging items in Orbis or you can head over to Hidden Street: The Land of Wild Boar I/Ludibrium: Terrace Hall to do some grinding. Pretty simple map layout for both maps, but a bit of climbing is in order. Brown Teddies drop the Maple Glory Sword that can be useful if you have a weapon attack shield and are in need of some accuracy. Wild Boars drop a multitude of level 35/43 Maple Weapons, but none that a Heroes can find much use for. If you managed to find a perfect or near perfect clean Maple Weapon, you might be able to sell it for a fair amount.

Much like the Orbis Exchange Quest, Arwen and the Glass Shoes Quest is an alternative to leveling up. However, the item needed to complete this quest is pretty scarce and dropped by two uncommonly hunted mobs, Fire Boar and Nospeed. Nonetheless, turning one in will reward you with 16,000 XP, which can get your nearly 35% at level 25. If you're not in a rush to make a Hero and making money on the side, it'd be a good idea to stock up on these. This isn't something that many people will do to power level because of the rarity of Arwen's Glass Shoe, but it's worth noting and being aware of.
    • Level 10-20: [IMG] Dungeon, Southern Forest I
    • Level 20-25: [IMG] Kerning City Subway: Line 1 <Area 1>
    • Level 20-30: [IMG][IMG] Victoria Road: Excavation Site III
    • Level 20-30: [IMG] Hidden Street: The Land of Wild Boar I
Starting off with Slimes. This is a good opportunity to get yourself a Gold Surfboard for early level grinding. Not much else is here in terms of drops other than Omok: Slime which can sell for a good chunk to the right player and also considering you have a nice stock of them.

Bubbling drops Blue Jewelry Boots, which can be sold for a high amount if you manage to find a 6-7 Int clean one, and Mithril Ores, which can be sold for around 200k each. They might be a bit of an hassle to hit because of their knockback threshold being at 30, but these levels go quick.

Stone Masks and Rocky Masks are very close monsters that don't spawn too often, unlike the other locations that are going to be put down in this section, but you'll want to keep your eye out for their various scroll drops such as Earring for Int and Spear for Atk. There's a lot of climbing involved with this map, so have some patience when grinding here.

Wild Boar NPC rate is very good for beginners thanks to the various Maple Weapon drops. They also drop Leather and Power Crystal Ores. I prefer this map more because of the high spawn rate and ability to teleport to the left edge of the map whenever you fall in the spike pit located in the left and right corners. If you encounter any Jr. Boogies, just head to the very top middle of the map and attack the stones until they crumble. This should kill all the Jr. Boogies for a while.

Fighter training is a lot like Swordman training except you attack a bit faster thanks to Booster. This is where you may want to consider some party quests if you find grinding boring. I find regular grinding to be faster than most, if not all, party quests so I'll be leaving those out in the power training section. This section is where accuracy plays a very pivotal role in where you train during the last leg of your Fighter career. Make sure to utilize every asset you have to get more accuracy that isn't used for weapon attack.
    • Level 30-40: [IMG] Arwen and the Glass Shoes Quest*
    • Level 30-40: [IMG] Sunset Road: Sahel 3
    • Level 30-40: [IMG] Ludibrium: Terrace Hall
    • Level 40-70: [IMG] Bounty Hunter Quest*
    • Level 40-45: [IMG] Kerning City Subway: Line 1 <Area 4>
    • Level 45-64: [IMG][IMG] Dungeon: The Forest of Golem
    • Level 50-64: [IMG] Singapore: Ghost Ship 2
    • Level 64-70: [IMG] MesoGears: Wolf Spider Cavern
    • Level 64-70: [IMG] Aqua Road: Deep Sea Gorge II
You can continue using up your glass shoes if you have some extra. This is technically the fastest way to level up when beginning your Fighter journey, but it's not very realistic due to the sheer number of items you'll need. Once you run out of items to exchange, Sand Rats are still a very viable option. The monsters around this level don't give much more XP, but their HP has increased dramatically so sticking with Sand Rats, which has an amazing HP/XP ratio, is a good idea. If the spawn is not to your liking, head over to Brown Teddies.

Much like Arwen's Glass Shoes, turning in Lucky Charms for the Bounty Hunter Quest will reward you handsomely in XP, but is extremely expensive. Most people use Lucky Charms for the Silver Deputy Star quest, but if you just happen to have thousands lying around, make good use of them and turn them in to level up. You'll get 200k XP the first time you turn them in, but after the second time onward, you'll only receive 100k. Still, this is the fastest way to level up at this time.

Wraiths are your next destination for regular power grinding. You might have some trouble hitting them, but the sheer number of spawn more than makes up for the misses. The map is pretty simple and there's no right or wrong way to navigate through, so just go with whatever you feel comfortable with. Stopping at around 45 is good, but if the next locations are feeling a bit slow, come back here and grind out a few more levels.

Forest of Golem and Ghost Ship 2 are similar in XP, but Ghost Ship 2 edges out as the winner. However, it's difficult to get an empty channel at Ghost Ship 2 whereas Forest of Golem is empty most of the time. When training at FoG, start from the top down and once you've cleared the bottom, head to the free market via the 'Trade' button and leave. You'll be spawned right on top of the map where you can repeat the cycle. The immense spawn should make these levels a breeze. Ghost Ship 2 is pretty linear in terms of grinding. Just sweep all the Slimys from each side and repeat.

Going to Wolf Spider this early can be an issue, especially if you aren't using a Maple Soul Rohen, but the XP rates here if you can manage to hit them more times than not is amazing. It might be really tough to grab a channel especially with the server getting more popular, but if you can manage to snag a channel, you won't be here for long. Unfortunately, you won't be able to party with most of the people grinding there because the minimum requirement to get leech XP from Wolf Spiders is 75 and chances are, the people grinding there will be above that level. If you have a Mage that can one shot the Bombing Fish Houses in Aqua Road, grinding on Gobies is by far the best XP you can get at this stage, far exceeding Wolf Spider. While the requirements are high (Owning your own 4th job mage), the payoff is astounding. The way you train at Aqua Road: Deep Sea Gorge II is by breaking all the houses from top to bottom and have your Fighter disperse of them on the bottom of the map. Here's a video showing how it's done on a Spearman:

    • Level 30-40: [IMG][IMG] Victoria Road: Excavation Site III

As stated on the weapons section, Cloud Foxes drop Diao Chan Swords. Another reason why Diao Chan Swords have a high value is because they have Int in them which can be utilize for HP Washing. If you find yourself with either a godly clean Diao Chan Sword with high Int or weapon attack, chances are, it's worth a nice amount. They also drop Two-Handed Sword for Atk 30% which you can stock up if you want to scroll your own weapon in the future. Rocky Mask, Wooden Mask and Wild Boars have already been discussed further up. Jr. Wraiths are nice because of the various drops and the map I recommend is flat, however, Headless Horseman can spawn there so be careful. Chances are, they'll be cleared out because a lot of people like to hunt Headless Horsemans. Jr. Wraiths drop level 23 Mage Overalls and level 35 Female Warrior Overalls which can sell for a lot if you manage to find a godly clean stat one. They also drop Power Crystal Ores, Dagger for Atk 60% and Helmet for Dex 100% which are both worth collecting and selling.

At level 40, you can hunt Leprechauns, Nightmares, and Platoon/Master Chronos. Leprechauns are different in the sense that because they don't move and respawn at a fixed location, they can easily be farmed by just standing still and holding the attack button for a minute. They also drop Lucky Charms, decent value godly equips and a high NPC rate. The best map to farm money is Phantom Forest: Creeping Evil where there are two Leprechauns that spawn very close to each other so you can just attack and move to the closest one very easily. Nightmares are great for training because of the small room, big target and they drop Maple Pops, which give +100 accuracy for 1 minute. You can sell these for a little bit and that little bit can add up. If you predict that accuracy is going to be a problem later on, keep some for yourself and head over to a power training location for faster leveling. Platoon Chronos drop Maple Shields, Power Crystal Ores, Red Barbays (which can be sold for a good amount if you get a godly clean Str) and Gloves for Atk 60%. Master Chronos drop Helmet for Dex 60% which is pretty high value scroll at such a low level. Those can take a while to get, but try and focus on getting through these levels and they'll come eventually.

Level 50+ is more focusing on grinding than making money, but Forest of Golem and Ghost Ship 2 are the best of both worlds. One drops your Level 64 Maple Rohen Sword that can come in use later on as well as a nice NPC rate and Gloves for Atk 60% and the other has a good NPC rate and level 80 thief Top and Bottom. Red Slimes can be a little tough to fight because of all the platforms, but the drop you're looking for, the Fallen Leaf Earring, can fetch a high price if you find a high clean magic attack pair.

The last several spots involve you focusing on one main drop most of the time starting with Pepe. These drop the Red Katana which, as explained above, can serve as an end game weapon so finding one clean can net you a very high sum. The next location is one of my favorites for a few reasons. It's located in El Nath, which you can go directly and start your 3rd job training and has the highest net mesos rating at your current level because both the Minor Zombie and Flyeye etc. item can be sold to people looking to do Orbis Exchange leveling, Minor Zombies drop Maple Kandiva Bows and Zombie's Lost Gold Tooth, which is used for Zakum Prequests. If you're looking for a place to make a lot of mesos while gaining levels at a moderate to slow pace, look no further. I prefer the second Dead Mine map because I feel there's more spawn here compared to the others. Red Drakes drop Earring for Int 60% and 10%. If you need some help finding where Red Drakes are, here's a video:

The most popular Voodoos map is most certainly taken almost every hour of everyday, but if you can manage to find yourself a map, they can be quite helpful in both money making and future attack potions for bosses. If you can't find a map within the first few channels, it's best to move onto somewhere else. Soul Teddies and Master Soul Teddies drop a plethora of level 64 Maple equips such as the Cannon Shooter and Skanda. Soul Teddies also drop Gloves for Attack 60%. Finally, Sage Cats drop Earring for Int 60% and Maple Kandiva Bows. I recommend Mu Lung: Goblin Forest 2 because it's the only map that spawns exclusively Sage Cats and occasionally the area boss.

During your 3rd job training, both leveling and money making starts to stabilize and slow down because the monsters you'll be grinding on will have so much HP that one or two attacks might not be enough to kill them. This is the point where accuracy will start to become a problem to the unfunded and the unaware, but if you follow my equipment section and wisely spend your money, this shouldn't be an issue for you. For grinding, leeching will almost always be faster than grinding.I won't be adding anything in regards to leeching because that can be further explained in this guide:
    https://royals.ms/forum/threads/leeching-guide.12989/
    [IMG]
    • Level 70-90: [IMG] MesoGears: Wolf Spider Cavern
    • Level 70-90: [IMG] Aqua Road: Deep Sea Gorge II
    • Level 85-90: [IMG][IMG] Singapore: Ulu Estate II
    • Level 90-120: [IMG] Bigfoot
    • Level 90-120: [IMG] Zipangu: Encounter with the Buddha
    • Level 100-120: [IMG] Singapore: Ulu City Center
    • Level 100-120: [IMG][IMG] Leafre: Destroyed Dragon Nest
Wolf Spiders and Gobies are still the best option early during the first stages of being a Crusader. If you're getting bored of Wolf Spiders, give Singapore: Ulu Estate II a shot. The map layout is great and Veetrons drop Red Cravens. This map is a popular leeching map so getting one might be tough. Dreamy Ghosts has a great map. Completely flat and the XP ratio for Dreamy Ghosts are one of the best during this time. Only problem is Black Crow might spawn from time to time, making the map unusable until someone dispatches of it. It shouldn't be that much of an issue because it is somewhat of a popular boss because of the Stonetooth Sword drop and it being a boss in general.

Bigfoot is a boss that appears in various maps around the Phantom Forest area. It has amazing XP ratios and drops the Bigfoot Toe which is required for making a Silver Deputy Star. The issue with this boss is the invincibility frames. If you attack it too fast, some of your attacks won't register and just go through Bigfoot. For Heroes, you'll need to maintain an attack speed of fast (4) in order to kill Bigfoot with perfect attack frames. This can be done with a Dragon Claymore or something with a Normal (6) weapon speed and Sword Booster.

For the last levels of your Crusader power training, I recommend Petrifighters over Skelegons and Skelosaurus because the maps are easier to get and the drops are a bit better. Its a bit more climbing up platforms, but Ulu City Center is a solid place to grind. Jr Newties and Nest Golems are a bit different in the sense that the respawn time in that map is almost twice as quick as regular maps and you'll only be focusing your attention to two spawns in the middle of the map. Here's a picture of the location in question:
    • Level 70-80: [IMG][IMG] El Nath: Dead Mine II
    • Level 80-100: [IMG] MesoGears: Wolf Spider Cavern

    • Level 90-120: [IMG] Leafre: Dragon Forest II
    • Level 90-120: [IMG] Zipangu: Encounter with the Buddha
    • Level 91-100: [IMG] Time Lane: Memory Lane1
    • Level 100-120: [IMG][IMG] Leafre: Destroyed Dragon Nest
    • Level 100-120: [IMG][IMG] Time Lane: Road of Regrets 4
Minor Zombies are still really good money at the start of your 3rd job. Leveling might be a huge pain at this place so be sure to switch it up if you're feeling burnt out from making money. Wolf Spiders are great for making money thanks to the high value equips they drop as well as Spear for Atk 30% and Ilbis Throwing Stars.

Rexton have a unique drop that's needed for getting a Silver Mane mount. You need 600 Rexton Leathers as well as 400 Skull Shoulder Pads and 400 Wooden Shoulder Pads to get a Silver Mount. With the high Rexton Leather amount you need to get a Silver Mane, you can imagine that Rexton Leathers can be sold for a decent price. Sadly, they don't drop anything else worth noticing and the map is pretty low in terms of spawn and XP rates. Dreamy Ghosts drop Crossbow for Atk 30% and Earring for Dex 70% with some other decent value equips.

Memory Monks require you to be level 91. Right now would be a good time to at least start on the Temple of Time quests because those maps will be your end game training locations. Memory Monks have a strange layout with all the different platforms, but they do drop Helmet for Dex 60%, Earring for Luk 60% and Dagger for Atk 60%. Ulu Estate has Veetrons which means Red Craven drop chance as well as other high value equip drops.

Nest Golems have a chance of dropping a Concerto and White Nisrock which can both be considered end game weapons for their respective classes. However, the scarcity of Nest Golems while grinding in Leafre: Destroyed Dragon Nest might be off putting so keep that in mind while hunting for those weapons. In Time Lane: Road of Regrets 4, Qualm Guardians drop Earring for Int 10% and Spear for Atk 60% and Chief Qualm Guardians drop Red Cravens.

Congrats on finally reaching your final class. The majority of the time, you'll want to be focusing on bossing as much as possible because that will gain you some of the easiest XP thus far as well as some of the best money rates. Keep track of the amount of bosses you do a day due to limits and make sure to fill your quota often.

Dreamy Ghost are still good as a beginning Hero. Petrifighters are one of the best spots to train if you're duoing the map with an Arch Mage that one shots Petrifighters. All you need to do it clear out one platform and leech the majority of your XP. Bigfoot is Bigfoot. If you could train at one location with a unlimited spawn, Bigfoot is that mob to grind on. Unfortunately, it's pretty tough to find one, but when you do, make sure to dispatch of it.

The Oblivion maps are going to be your choice of map when deciding to solo or duo with attacker classes. It's debatable which is better, so go for the one that you can two shot most of the time. Time Lane: Road to Oblivion 2 is a pretty simple map to navigate, but for Time Lane: Road to Oblivion 4, you'll want to focus on the top platform only because most of the spawn is spawned up there. Here's a picture of the map rotation for a Hero:

Female Boss is a boss in Showa's Armory and is the only way to get Yellow Snowshoes. She has a very powerful close range magic attack that hits for 19k so be careful when fighting this boss. I recommend getting Power Stance at a decent level before bossing because it makes things much easier and relaxing.

Getting to the end game bosses of the server, Zakum can be really good XP with the right party, especially the Zakum Arms. Thanks to Power Stance, you can just tank the Zakum body to avoid the full map stun that Zakum likes to do on occasion. If you can't find a decent party on your own time, you can try and solo it or just solo the a Zakum Arms for XP.

Krexel is a stationary boss, much like all the other end game bosses, and only has one phase. It'll occasionally cast Cancel Melee and attack a few times, but other than that, you can AFK and hold Brandish the entire time for very easy XP. It drops the Almighty Ring which can be helpful for getting that Dex for your Stonetooth Sword or just a small boost in damage range.

Horntail is one of the best ways to gains both money and XP and Heroes are among the best classes for Horntail thanks for the multiple body parts they can hit during the last phase of Horntail with Brandish. Horntail has three phases, two are prehead stages and one is the entire body of Horntail. Your end game pendant and Maple Warrior 20 book is dropped from Horntail along with other high priced books for amazing money.

    • Level 155-200: [IMG] Horntail
You can alternatively look at the power training locations for money. They're almost identical. Rexton is still great money at this level, You might be stuck with a lot of leathers by this time, but they should sell eventually. Bigfoots and Headless Horsemans have the drops needed to make a Silver Deputy Star. If you happen to come across either of these, try and make the effort to hunt them down., but I wouldn't suggest going out of your way to look for them. Oblivion Monk Trainees drop Mithril Ores and Pinaka which are both in relatively high demand.

Bossing is where you're going to make a lot of your bread and butter in a short amount of time. Zakum's ideal drop is Genesis 20, which is one of the most expensive books in the server, and you can always sell skill book and Zakum Helmet services to others. Eventually, you can even solo Zakum for amazing profit rates. Horntail has multiple high value books and you'll want to take advantage of your double limit on Horntail as much as possible because it's among the most efficient ways to make money and train.

Great guide for people who know they want to be a hero! I would suggest that if you plan to horntail at 155 exactly that you get Hero's Will by then because Heroes are generally asked to be seduce target and if you are knocked off the rope when seduced you could walk into the tail. Breaking the seduce with Hero's Will before you hit it is very important to surviving through a run so that's the only thing I would suggest differently about the skill set. Most Heroes have enough accuracy to horntail at 155 as well so I would highly recommend getting this earlier than 16x ^^

Other than that, I love how everything is laid out simply and there are even training locations (which is what I struggled with when I was training mine).

748 mp. How many washes is that? What is the suggested base int if you dont have int gear? Will having 40 base int untill 120 be enough to reach 748 mp?

Horrible with HP washing math as always, so just a quick question - what level would a hero be to hit minimum HT-surviving HP, if I choose not to HP wash at all? Or is it not possible?

As long as you have above 9k, you can hypothetically survive. You won't be very effective in the run, but you can at least loot a Horntail Pendant.

I'm assuming that you'll maintain that base Int for around 130 levels so I just divided the amount of MP you need to wash and multiple that number by 10. 20 base Int until 120 will get you 59 washes.

You hit 9k HP by late 12x/early 13x unwashed (I think I had 9.5-9.7k around 135 before washing). However washing to at least being able tank two hits from most bosses (or one hit from Anego) gives you a bit of leeway if your pet fails you.

Almost. You need to take in account the amount of levels you need to level up in order to get that 40 base Int.

It is, but once you get brandish, it won't be a problem. Will just slow down training a bit before then

If having that paragraph be in bold doesn't speaks volumes, I'm not sure how else I can describe how bad Final Attack is.
