I know leeching is probably the most viable but it costs a lot of money. Grinding is pretty slow and painful these levels too. Are there any other methods of leveling up such as good quests to do?
What's the job of the character you plan to level from 120 to 135? I'm afraid there are no rewarding quests in terms of EXP other than the ToT quests. Have you done those? Party in ToT can be great EXP, but it's hard to organize one. Have you tried the monks in the new area? I haven't tried on a 120-135 character but I think they could be nice EXP. As a warriors, Bigfoot is a great source of EXP too. I know many DKs grind at Ulu1 together with a bishop, this is also nice EXP and probably works for other jobs as well. Good luck with leveling! I recommend Ulu1/2 till 130 depending how fast can you kill. Petri till 140. Always look for HS, i bet there are many priests out there. ToT's maps are huge and usually there isnt any parties there. You should also can try duo pap with someone that have HS mule. You may look for Paperherox or Healerzxc, he is always looking for someone to duo pap and he have HS mule. He is currently 13x hero.
Everything that was said above, and also do all the job quests, even the skills you won't need in a while. I think i lvled from 120 to almost 122 purely with the job quests for all the skills, which wasn't hard at all. at the early lvls of hero i also hunted HHs and duoed BF with people. Hime grinding with a priest/bish is nice as well. Btw, hero is kinda hard to boss with before he has stance and maxed adv. combo, so just know in advance that 135 will not mean you could instantly be viable to boss like other classes.
Speaking of this, i just krexed with a 135 Hero. He kept dancing around during 1st eye because he doesnt have decent stance yet.
lol sounds about right, I suggest for heros without stance to stand on the right side of the left eye as far as possible from the eye while still hitting brandish. That way you get knocked closer to the eye, and can just walk backwards. You can also be risky and stand on the left side and rush, but if it combos you with two hits you waste a lot of time from falling down. Zak is also very annoying without stance, so yea unless you are 14x bossing is a pain in the arse.
Hero was my first character here. I didnt boss till around 142/143. I straight grinded oblivion by myself from like 123–143.
