Hey. What’s up guys? So I have been wondering this for a long time: should I apply for GM? A couple people have supported me to become a GM as this screenshot shows:

Except for this @syrupface127. I will make sure to ban him for no reason if I become GM.
I know I’m not the best fit for being a GM because I have accumulated a total of 100+ warning points on forums (most of them, I appealed and those points have been retracted) but there are people supporting me.

Anyways, what do you guys think?

First question, no. I like a single response from each individual.
As for the second question, I really appreciate your support. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do.

Now that Zofran is gone, I truly believe that your path to potentially becoming a GM will be easier.
Having a total of 100+ warning points shouldn't discourage you. Think of these as accomplishments. Did any previous GM's have that many warning points? I assume not. You can be the change.
You also used a very unique, and professional profile picture of Snorlax (in the past).
With this picture of Snorlax, you're advertising Pokemon fans to join this server, especially during dire times when the server's player count is rather low.
To make things better, you started using famous people as your profile picture! Nothing is more beautiful than promoting girls who do good things for a living!
I also can't forget the fact of how you help people in and out of the game. The way you were able to answer @IamMia 's question using professional, yet simple words, was just... so inspirational.
