As of now, return scroll does not work in Malaysia maps (at least the theme park maps which I've tried using it on). I've heard that this was the way it worked in the official servers, but since door works, I think it's only fair to also have return scroll work as well. As of now, door in the theme park maps sends you back to Kampung village so I'd imagine the same could be done for return scrolls. I know this isn't instantly changeable since it requires a patch, but it would be of great help for those wanting to do the prequests / farm in the new area that don't necessarily have a bishop just to go back to town in a convenient fashion.
Amoria is a bit more weird, doors do not work there as well, as if the town was never set to begin with.
