Hello everybody, this is more of a discussion than a guide on how to maximize the DPS, and thus the killing time on Bigfoot as a Shadower without using meso explosion. Now you might ask yourselves, why would you not bomb Bigfoot as a Shadower. Well that's because just recently i made a video of how i solo Bigfoot as a Shadower using both the regular attacking combo for Shadowers which consits of Darksight -> Assassinate -> Bstep Here are the resources used: HP Bigfoot: 32m Time: 4m 55s stoppers used: 4 or 5 i think mesos per bag: 11111 mesos to bomb used in total: 5.4m~ mesos used in total: ( assuming 1 stopper = 500k ) 7.4m-7.9m Here's the video Now after this video i tried to do bigfoot without using meso explosion as it's just really tiring to kill him dropping mesos. It kind of hurts your fingers / hands after just a handful of Bigfoots. I did him using again only the basic combo in the right corner of the map standing approximately 1-2 characters models away from him in about 5m 10s using only heartstoppers - no bombing 5 Heartstoppers are 2.5m~ so that's 5.4m~ saved, that's alot Now if the tradeoff for no hurting fingers are 15 seconds difference only i'll take it. I know that there are Buccaneers who time their attacks to avoid his iframes and hit him very consistently without their attacks going into the void due to bigfoots iframes. i was curious if there is a method for Shadowers as well, such as no dagger booster what ST or Claymore users do ( im not too sure on which weapon they do not use a booster ) or if using only Assassinate from a certain distance is viable, like Corsairs do and stand at a specific range from him away to hit him properly without their attacks missing. i think @sparky95 had a very nice video of how to kill Bigfoot as a Dark Knight aswell where he / she showed all different spears with /without spear booster how to efficiently kill bigfoot Has any Shadower a method on how to kill Bigfoot without having to deal with his iframes too much? For example counting 1-2-3-attack , 1-2-3-attack ( Attack being the basic combo with / without dagger booster , or just assassinate or whatever ) also i heard from people basically attacking whenever bigfoot landed and starts to jump again? What could be interesting is that Shadowers have 2 "downsides" killing Bigfoots without using meso explosion. The first one is Boomerang step itself the second one is dark sight So in order to use Assassinate we have to go into dark sight , Bigfoot then thinks we're not on the map anymore and just runs past us, same thing happens when we use Boomerang Step. If we miss Bigfoot and don't knockback him and use Boomerang step within the combo at a "bad" timing, he again just walks past us. it's really annoying So the purpose of this thread is to discuss and find a way for Shadowers to do Bigfoot efficiently without using meso explosion to kill him. I mean if a 10k Shadower does Bigfoot on Stoppers he must be faster than using Stopper & bombing or bombing only, since i almost surpassed the time with my "bad" timings ( basically i held down the combo button ) All of the content is just randomly wrote here, nothing is really sorted or organized, i just wrote what i thought at the moment. Feel free to discuss ways to kill Bigfoot for other classes too
When I kill Bigfoot on my Buccaneer I just don’t use Speed Infusion since it gives a pretty good pin on Bigfoot. Love your shadower videos btw

I never played Buccaneer so im curious, do you just hold down your attacking skill which you used in the video? or do you time it ? 2minutes 51seconds solo on heartstopper is insane clearing speed. that's 3.5m~ EXP / minute with HS and 1 leeching bishop / priest. As comparison, HT gives 1.33m EXP / minute ( 100-120m per run and usually 1.5 hours~ per run ) At the Temple of Time at Road to Oblivion 4 with a 2-hit IL Mage and me using Taunt i got about 1.1m-1.28m exp / minute ( Duo grind with HS ) Shaolin is at 5m EXP / minute ( duo with HS , 10 min run) - however since Shaolin usually is done in 7 minutes in a duo that's actually 7.14m EXP / Minute The best i can do currently is 6minutes on heartstopper solo bigfoot, which is about 1.7m exp / minute, which is fine but i'd really like to hit the 3-4 minute mark And thank you, i might make a solo Dojo video soon ( literally now ) Maybe some more people join the Shadower army. they're quite fun rip Khanjar prices
Yeah I just held down demolition. I think I can get a better kill time if I used speed infusion and time it. Imo Buccaneers excel at Big Foot and Shaolin. Anywhere else they are mediocre to average at best.

Whenever he starts jumping or what would be the visual clue you look for? Or would you literally count seconds 1-2-attack or some other kind of rhytmic pattern? Honestly i'd kind of burst in laughters if you were using a metronome and some kind of death-metal song to time your attacks Give us a point of view video where you secretly growl and scream along HAHA
As a hero, you can either not activate booster with ST or use a claymore that has normal speed and boost. When you use ST without boost, once in a while the BF escapes the pin, and a few attacks miss. But with claymore you can hold brandish down and go watch netflix lol P.S when i made my SI mule, i left the SI in lvl 10 so that it will only give me 1 speed boost. Basically made my ST into a boosted Claymore. That was a fun period for hunting BF

Ever since I cleared 5.8k hp and could stand a hit I have been way too lazy to bomb this fucker. It may be an art form but when you play primarily in bed it's more frustrating than fun. The best way that I've determined is simply to use DS+Assassinate. One method is to attack and then go back into DS; the 4th attack will put you enough behind him that he will turn around and start walking the other way, and as soon as he passes you just assassinate again and repeat. If done well you basically won't have to move until you reach the other end of the map, and it should be easy enough to time it so that all four attacks land. More often, however, I use assassinate, go into DS and walk a bit, turn around and use assassinate again, and then repeat. If this is done well then BF will barely change position, and just change the direction he's facing. For me this method is a bit more forgiving, and also I usually choose to kill in Evil Dead, so I'll occasionally BStep the wraiths that mass together and then use ME, which only makes a difference if all the sacks are on top of each other. I just timed myself without using atk potions and missing a few equips - about 8minutes. Hard to say what that would translate to with stoppers etc If anyone finds a more efficient way please share!
Hello, thank you for your input! Do you mind recording a video of the process? I've tried using only Assassinate on Bigfoot aswell, basically i let the 4th hit go through aswell to get behind Bigfoot, wait for him to turn around and use Assassinate again to get on the other side of Bigfoot again, basically standing "behind him". I'll record a video of that too and upload it, however when i did it the last time standing in one position seemed still to be faster using only Assassinate+Boomerang Step Combo in a corner.
I don't know if my math is correct here, because these numbers seem a bit unrealstic, however i found out that a Shadower with i think 11.5k or 12k clean range can solo a Bigfoot in 45s-60s using only a heartstopper and Assa+Bstep combo. If i had so much clean range or atleast close to that i'd record 1-2 bigfoot kills and see how long it actually takes. I guess i will update when i finish my weapon & shield to see if a 1 minute solo Bigfoot is possible, i'd have to get atleast to like 2-2.5minute solo kills first.
