So im unsure if staff or players in general are aware but recently GTOP have Changed the voting cool down, so instead of only being able to vote every 24 hours, Voting on GTOP resets at 00:00 GMT/UTC. So this means i could vote at 11:59 PM and again at 00:01 AM (2 minutes after voting the first time) I ask for this change only for convenience sake, as at the moment im currently locked into voting between 10 - 11PM due to the 24 hour cool down. For players (myself included) this change would mean we can vote at our leisure during any given day and would actually reflect the changes made to GTOP itself.
I’m not sure if this is indeed effective. I checked again from my phone and it seems the timer for a new vote has not been modified, neither GTOP100’s TOS (https://gtop100.com/site/tos).
hmm to be honest i got this information strictly from a recently closed server (which im sure made the change happen) as well as another 'popular' server which have the changes to their voting system/ cooldown in place, ill try do some digging pretty sure theirs an email from gtop shared by their staff about this change. Also maybe staff could try and confirm this with gtop.
Also if your trying to vote on the same account you have already voted on (after 00:00 AM (just gone)) bare in mind you will have a timer which will relate to the amount of time untill 00:00 AM UTC when you should be able to vote again.
So i already contacted GTOP for clarification before i realised there was already a thread about it, but i thought i would share their reply for anyone curious. Note that i did say I was in dispute with ' a server owner' which is not true (really) i only said this to convinxe them to actually reply. So, sorry staff i guess.
