make ~mapowner spammable

    /find is spammable, and so is ~servertime but whenever you cc and spam ~mapowner it'll give you this after 3-4 times lol
    It's more annoying than @UnbanWhen :oops: ~f17

    Its so annoying when someone use macro skill with mapowner command in boss run. ~f5

    I was thinking more of ccing and spamming it to check map owner without pausing every 3-4 chs ~f18

    If you register ~mapowner with a skill macro, it shouldn't show that spam-warning.
