I have no idea how to replicate this though, he just died and that appeared. Unable to ress him too, nothing happens after using ress and it doesn't go on cd. The laser appears on everyone's screen. If it matters: everyone was using the 1024x764 client, but one person was still using the patch 65 files instead of patch 65.1. blackouts was using the updated files.

Exact phenomenon occurred in the 1st pioneer auf run and Matt was there. I believe he's aware of the cause.
