[@Joez suggested I thread this, and I trust their instincts] Again if this spoils certain wip content, I get that, but it could help with focusing creative problem solving and concentrate input if we knew what is in consideration to create a discussion, and what is in progress, and what needs fixed about it specifically, instead of someone making a new thread, then the first or second post is someone linking to a long dead thread with no activity in 15 months I know technically all unorganized threads could be considered in discussion or progress, bit this would wrangle specific topics to bring in acute feedback from players and staff
I think it would be more correct to keep them in the main feedback area, but add to them a colored tag instead. Cause what moves to those folders should be a done deal, while everything outside of it is still up for discussion.
Yeah I'd like that as well, some kind of feature if not new folder destinations that allows players/readers to know what threads are in consideration in this way. Some of us really enjoy the dialogue and helping
Either would be fine - it really depends what’s easier for the forum mods. For instance, if adding coloured tags require them to go into every thread to manually change it - it may not be as simple as selecting a list of threads to throw into a folder, or vice versa. Realistically it’s just a gentle reminder for everyone that feedback is actively being worked on, and something that will be immediately obvious if minimal progress is occurring
Apparently @Sen loves playing with the new tags so if nothing else we made one little difference at least
