I know theres might be a problem with buccs but my bucc just crashed to desktop in auf without any message, unlike most of the previous comments I was using WZ files (before the patch I used them aswell and didn't dc/crash)
Theres something happening when u chat, maybe not in all instances but its there. In one of my d/cs I was at p3 zak, I typed in chat pressed enter and d/ced. Just now I pressed enter at henyss hunting ground and as I press enter I got d/ced. One was on img, the other wz. Both instances I hadn't typed for a while.

Same situation as him. Client closed without any error/warning by just entering /find <name> twice so far and it is random (sometimes does crash sometimes not). Am using img files. Currently switched to wz file, will monitor. Edit 1: wz file same still dc. Edit 2: Client crashed while bossing (krex) on NL but not my mule.
I've been having DC/crash issues since the new patch too. I've had a few different types of crashes. - DC to loging (trying to log in & then it crashes to desktop) - total crash from ingame to desktop (without lag etc.) - total crash from ingame to desktop (with mega lag / screen freeze) Most of the time I do receive the following messages: I've never had this issue with the prior patches (just occasional crashes /dc issues). I checked my internet connection, and also restarted it. Shouldn't be a problem on that front, as everything is running as its suppose to. I've plaid for about 1hr (Friday the 8th of July, 2022 - from 9:40~10:40 server time) and I've had 5 crashes so far. I've crashed with only 1 running client, but also when I've been multi clienting with my hs mule.
2nd day, 2nd bodyguard run, dc'd again. used WZ Files this time, yet random client closings Job: Corsair i think the other jobs didn't dc yet
i am getting DC auto after 5-10 min with my BS everytime in zakum yesterday , in FM many many times. if i open one more client with other char i dont get the DC.. any help please?
I think I had it worst of all I uninstall the old version I tried both WZ and IMG 1st time the game appears on my screen.. my pc hangs and crashed in less than 5seconds... and I meant crash as in my pc closes by itself.. nope I didn't even click my ID yet.. 2nd time the game appears on my screen.. I successfully log into the game.. my char appear in lounge but in less than 5 seconds.. it happened again... pc hangs and crashed... and this time it blue screened. Uninstall the game.. and reinstall again (IMG file) 3rd time... the game appears... and my pc hangs and crashed and blue screened. Uninstall the game... installed WZ file. 4th time... the game appears ... my oc hangs... it crashed... it blue screened..
I have just installed the img files to see if they are any better for me as my clients are randomly crashing every few hours or so on the wz files since update 80. I have never had issues like this before, not even during the previous DC epidemic so could it be a different issue causing the problem this time? Client screen goes full black then closes immediately, no error message. Same thing each time. Will give the img files a whirl for now and see how it goes ^^ *Update* Crashed on img files after multi-clienting for about 4 hours. This time got the default windows error message "maple royals has stopped responding". Client insta closed. Then I could not relog on that account for about 30 mins. I was greeted with the "this is an ID that is currently logged in..." message until I could eventually relog. This also occurred once using wz. but it only took about 10 mins before I could relog. I was gaching at the time of the crash.
This + i think client (IMG) can't handle more then 1-2h of boss/pq load without reclient I crashd back to dekstop without any error right after i wrote msg in mid cwk 2nd run Very unusual of me and rare to dc/crash straight to desktop like this
Can confirm, also DC'd on #2 of our CWK runs today. I've never had DC issues before. Note that I wasn't attempting to chat, just DC'd out of nowhere. Happened on both my hero and my MM. EDIT: Client would freeze, then close to desktop without an error message. Oddly, for one of the runs on my MM where I had brought my bishop along, only my MM's client had crashed. Bishop had remained in CWK. EDIT 2: I DC'd when hanging out in FM after an Auf run. However, I noticed that right before DCing, chat boxes didn't appear when using all chat. So far observations are as below for my situation: WZ client freezes and crashes in any map randomly for less than 1 hour or 2 hours. I wasn't able to monitor this further as I uninstalled it and went back to IMG because it was more stable. IMG Crashes with no error, just closes the client entirely very frequently after 1 hour or 1 hour 15 minutes. Monitored this in a 3-hour span in FM Channel 1. So far on IMG, the client closes itself in HT/Auf/Land of Wildboard/FM. Hopefully this can be solved soon.
Im using IMG client, so far i haven't crashed or dced while bossing but while selling leech at skele with my bishop ohohoho, different story. Every 2-3h my client would simply freeze without any response and the only way to close it would be to open task manager and shut down the mapleroyals process, mind that this is the only client i keep open while selling leech and nothing else is running on the background that could be blamed for. So far this happened 3 times already with the same pattern. Prior royals dying my pc ain't freezing/lagging neither my royals client does experience any lag, everything goes smoothly till the client dies suddenly and that's it, no errors, nothing.
using .img client, crashing in GPQ if I don't reclient after 1-2 runs, no error messages, no prior history of crashing
Hi All . Me and my friends faced random DCs that occurred randomly on any map without any similar cause, we faced the DC at APQ, Zak, GPQ, and more maps. Please note that the DC issue started only from the last update. Due to that the issue occurs frequently we are afraid to start any boss run .
