Should be Octopus. Seems like it should be getting the name from a duplicate unused Octopus which we removed when cleaning up the wz files. If you hunt Octopus it should drop. I will look into removing this quest from the list of possible quests to avoid confusion.
The quest for the egg nor the growth powder quest is showing up for me. The egg from previous year does not show anything either when clicked
