Ever since I changed internet providers, and got a new router, I noticed that every time there's an issue with the router, and it gets a reboot, royal doesn't recognize my PC anymore and asks for the pin again. While this is just a minor inconvinience, i have a lot of accounts so i end up needing to use my pin a lot of the times. Does anybody have a clue as to why this happens? my best guess is that my router gives me a random IP every time it gets rebooted, but I'm not well versed with these sorts of things so I'd love to get some assistance on this.
Yeah it's supposed to do that. Whenever I reset my router it does the same thing as well. It's an extra layer of security for people trying to break into accounts Whenever you log in from a different IP you need to re-enter your 4 digit PIN
Thing is, on my older router, I restarted it many times without the game asking me for a pin code I'm using the same PC, with the same internet connection, so i don't see why would i need to reenter the pin :s
Not all routers or ISP will assign new IP address, I believe this is working as intended if you are getting new IP address
