there is a lot of great quest with good lore in the maple world there are A great way to get you involved in the game and explore new maps and hear a good story. also its tons of fun to do quests with other players! I think its better then just to grind or buy leech especially in early game. quests bring soul to this game and make you a true explorer ! maybe if you make quest give you more EXP / give you FAME points its a little change that will make quests more relevant and make players come back.
The issue with giving a % exp boost to all quests is that sadly nexon was really stupid with the exp spread on quests, some give a ton while others barely give anything. And you can't go and fix the EXP of every single quest in the game, cause it will take ages :/ So here's an idea: What if any quest you turn in, will, in addition to the reward, also reward the player with a flat amount of exp, that scale with their level [and stop scaling at lvl 120 for example]. that way, even when you are a higher lvl than the quest, you would still be rewarded to explore and quest, cause you know no matter how trashy the rewards of the quest is, at least the quest gives some amount of exp that is somewhat relevant to your lvl. Edit: and if that's too abusable, then the exp should scale with the level of the quest
