Hello, The Waterworks Cape is coded to the game but you can't get it at all. In a normal server it was obtained by Gacha. The cape is a normal item (it is not NX), level 0, gives no stats and has 0 slots. Picture of the item: My suggestion is to place this Waterworks Cape as a reward from a quest in Korean Folk Town - a theme place for it. This is the quest im thinking about: https://bbb.hidden-street.net/quest/ludus-lake/mr-shims-request Maybe making it even a bit more harder, like 1k rice cakes. Thank you.
Or add it as a NX item reward for those who complete the whole quest line + the thing you are suggesting. I would 100% do it if it was like that, but if it's not NX I for real wouldn't ever use it nor try to get it.
I mean, it could be an nx item reward, but i think it should be as a normal item. Would like it way better. I'm also thinking if it should be untradeable or tradeable because most of the people who would look forward to it will be a low level char. I kinda think it should be tradeable. (keeping the item as it is now).

Is the cape an NX item or a normal item? how do you get tokens? will this be forever or event only item? To be honest i rather it to be a real item than nx. Also, might be better to place it in gacha \ some rare quest maybe.

As far as i can tell it's an nx item. It is gained by doing pqs, and earning a new currency called "token of teamwork". you can read more about it in the update post: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/update-71-02-04-2021.188095/ Its not part of an event, it's a new system that was made to encourage pqing with others for fun, so unless staff changes their mind on this system, it will stay as is
