Half a year ago, on update 95.3, the mid game boss, papulatus, due to a popularity spike in the anni event, went from a boss with no timer to a 30 minute fight. Back in anni, papu had a high chance to summon gold coins upon death, which meant a fair amount of pap runs gave you an anni box. This made pap an extremely popular boss to kill a hundred times over, and all 20 channels quickly became occupied. As a bandaid solution, the boss was given a fight timer of 30 minutes to prevent people hogging the room indefinitely, but once this artificial popularity faded, and anni ended, we were left with this awkward 30 minute timer. the 30 minutes timer only hurts the normal players that want to challenge pap early. From later 3rd job warriors, to 4th job mages, and just 3rd job parties in general (which were the base design matchup for pap in the first place). I wish to see a more elegant middle ground solution that won't hurt these groups, while still prevent future map hogging, my suggestion is: Increase the timer to 1 hour at the end of the fight, after 5 minutes, kick everyone out like in zakum map.
