260415 [mythbuster] "laser jump timing depends on how far u r from vl" false I had been hearing this bullshit everywhere in my earlier vl days (202407-202502), idk who kept spreading this misinformation, and im not sure what's the situation nowadays. this is your favorite laser animation and this is the moment when the hitbox is generated - somewhere in between these frames, no matter where you are you get hit at this exact frame(s). before you learn to iframe(rush or bstep) laser, or before you try to jump under the throne, you must have this knowledge in ur mind, otherwise you're just playing with your luck. now if ur the one group of ppl who have learned this by urself, good. but if ur not(it doesn't matter how much experience u have in vl, if u never learn u never learn), here is how u accept this fact and how vl b3 laser becomes nothing to u: in stupid mushroom game mob attacks either have a moving hitbox with a projectile, or have a fixed timing to generate hitbox without a projectile, which is the majority of mob attacks. u never see an attack that has moving hitbox without any projectile. laser belongs to the latter: it only generates one hitbox at a certain frame. the same goes for all of vl's skills. remember that vl doesn't throw fire or spits on ur face.
