I think this would be a great addition as it gives people proper (positive) bragging rights. The main reason I want to add this, however, is so I can see how many I have donated personally for the quest. But it would be pretty cool to add this for maybe next event or something to have a leader board highlighting top sunshine/event item donators. I remember in the past years there was a super helpful guy named GoldLeaf that kept donating sunshines and smega'd telling people to enter Maple Hill. It was very cool and nice of him to do that and adding something like a leader board to honor these helpful players would be very much appreciated.
In the 2018 chrismas event, there was a leaderboard for guilds that donated the most amount of snow, it should definitely be possible for single donators as well then . A similar thing also happened in the Thanksgiving event of that same year It made people more competitive on farming these items and donating instead of just paying entry fee, especially because top guilds got a special untradeable chair for their efforts
