Witchy Woman, the npc of this event, is kinda missing from CBD, there isn't even one in the boat quay town, it makes it pretty frustrating to participate in the events when you have to take a plane every time you feel like doing jump quests or turn in pumpkins. So far this is the biggest place where i noticed there's a lack of npc for this event, but I want to hear from you guys which main cities do you think this npc is clearly missing in. Also as a side suggestion, instead of an npc in all those cities, maybe have an npc in fm/lounge? I'll put a poll for that one.
